Breakfast could be improved with some fresh fruit selections and bread. The only bread available was wraps.

The breakfast could be better, buckwheat and minced meat pancakes are not the most obvious choice for breakfast. I would rather expect something with eggs, but that could be arguable.

The hotel is pretty cozy, we were glad to stay here. The staff is very friendly. The front yard is a great place to have some time just chilling. We were needed to work for some time while we were staying there, also before the check in, the staff helped us to find a comfortable place anf the wifi connection was good also.

The breakfast was very underwhelming for the two weeks we stayed there, very little selection and almost the same thing every day. Struggled to get a good meal in from the hotel breakfast, had to have breakfast elsewhere a lot of the time.

The neighbourhood the hotel is in was very quiet and had everything we need, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and lived to the expectations.

We are tourists from Indonesia. The room is spacious and spotless. The building itself is very unique and it has it's own "oldies" look. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay here.

Not a single issue!

There was absolutely nothing that was not likeable! Harut and his team were extremely helpful, they were kind and available 24*7. Everything was great, property and people were super. We were a family of 4 with a small baby and it was perfect!

My room was next to the receptionist, and if I were not very tired, I could hear a conversation at the reception desk.

The hotel was located in 10 minutes walking distance from my client - super convenient not to waste time in traffic jams. The room was spacious and light, with tall windows looking at a nice small garden on two sides. Residential areas around is genuine, , and you can find yourself in the center of genuine urban life atmosphere. If I wanted to sit in a cafe somewhere in the center, it cost <4$ for a 10-minute trip to get there by taxi.

The hotel is in a residential area, very quiet and nice, the staff is super nice and helpful, and the location is also quite convenient, not far from many tourist sites. Staying at this hotel really upgraded the whole experience for me!

The rooms only had duvet covers but no duvets. However, they did bring duvets when we asked for it.

A very nice small hotel in a quite neighbourhood. Friendly helpful personal, rather big rooms, simple but good breakfast. Clean towels every day.

One of the best stays in Yerevan. Very neat & tidy. Excellent property. They helped us check in early. I was very sick when I reached there and the concierge took special care to get me tissues and hot water. Very friendly staff and very good breakfast as well. Highly recommend. One of the only places in Yerevan where the AC works properly
