We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

For such an beautiful hotel there should be spent a little more money on baby highchairs. Also we forgot baby swim shorts at the pool, which was disposed with the reception as we were informed, but wasn’t found, the reception girl promised to find and contact us, but still no info.

Pool and children's play area was very good. The hotel organized day trips which were good. It was a very nice place to stay.
