Everything was just perfect. The was clean, comfortable, breakfast and dinner was extremely rich and tasty. The place is so peaceful, and outside/back of the hotel is so lovely, it has a river that makes you feel relax staying there. Perfect for nature lover. Host was very kind, hospitable, and accommodating. The welcome was very warm and I immediately felt like a family. Almost right now, this place has left me missing it already.✨

The rooms could do with some upkeep. Although they are large, the couch covers were torn and some of the taps in the bathroom were leaking. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush available so don’t forget to carry them if you are planning to stay here

Set against a gorgeous backdrop, this guesthouse truly makes you feel at home. The caretaker is a very friendly host and makes sure you have a great stay. The rooms are large and spacious, there is a lovely garden and a small stream at the back.

View from the room was amazing. Stuff is friendly and nice specially Armen.. He is a great person. The garden was great with a very beautiful flowers. There is a little river with a small waterfall in the back of the garden. Breakfast was very good. There was a bidet finally 😄

Armin was a fantastic super friendly host. very helpful with home made Jam and bread for breakfast. Really peaceful location and all I could hear at night was the sound of river that runs nearby. My best sleep in months. The town and restaurants are about a 2km walk away or 3 mins in a cab at 400/500 dram via the Yandex Go App

Lovely peaceful location, close to the village of Dilijan. The owner, Armen, was great, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Great place to base yourself when exploring the lovely Dilijan National Park.

There is nothing which comes to mind. We are 4 adults and were there only for two nights and through the day we were trekking. We required the property for bed/breakfast/dinner and the property and its manager hit all the right spots. Nothing to complain about.

We were four of us and we went for a trek to Dilijan area. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. While the property was basic, clean & neat and ideal for trekking purposes, it was the hospitality of the host, Mr. Armen which absolutely won us over. We are yet to meet a host who is so polite, helpful and an overall gentle person. No request of ours was a challenge for him. We wanted early breakfast due to our trek schedule - done! We wanted packed lunch to carry on the trek - done! We wanted his help to get money exchanged - he arranged a car for us and accompanied us. He was just amazing and a wonderful asset for this property. Breakfast was excellent.
