The studio had blinds, which worked well. But I do like curtains better.

Yes, this is a completely private studio with all the amenities, including a kitchen.....Armine - the host - is attentive to all needs.....I really liked the neighborhood, which is very quiet but just a short walk from Gyumri centre.....Strong and dependable wi-fi. The city power cut out a few times but when it returned the wi-fi came back right away.....Really liked some of the decor that seemed like American Southwest.....There is a small 2nd floor assessable by a secure ladder. The best view can be had from there. The ladder is steep though and I wouldn't recommend it for small children or for the inhibriated.....Definitely a good place to stay!

It was the best stay, Armine is a great host, I can highly recommend her B&B if you're travelling to beautiful Gyumri! A short walk to the city centre, her place is convenient, clean and comfortable with excellent facilities and internet.

It’s comfortable if you go with your friends or family and though the rooms are full separate there is a shared space where you can spend time together. It’s clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and the host is very supportive whatever you ask for. This was my second stay there. It means something 😉😃

Convenient location, 5-7 minutes to the central streets of the old town. Superfriendly host who gave us a warm welcome with some homemade treats! The room was warm and cozy, facilities are great! Enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back!

You have to be prepared that the surrounding streets have no lighting and they are unpaved. After rain, you need to watch out to not step into one of the many potholes filled with mud. This is not the apartment’s fault, but it’s better to know.

Extremely nice little apartment, just like in the pictures. Perfectly suitable for 3 people, the upper deck and the ladder is made of strong metal bars. The bed is really comfortable, the bathroom is nice, everything is super clean. Armine is a very friendly lady, who gives you a lot of good advice about Gyumri if you ask for it. The price is also great and the place is located close to the center, so it is simply brilliant. Highly recommended!

Somehow 10/10 doesn’t seem enough for Armine’s B&B. High attention to detail here ; everything is perfect without it feeling over the top. One of my best experiences to date.

Located just a few minutes from the centre of Gyumri, with restaurants and aights of interest some 5 minutes away, the property is super quiet and nicely tucked away from any traffic. 25-minute walk to the train station, but there's buses and obviously taxis available too. It's such a beautiful and cosy studio. Wish I could have spent more time in Gyumri simply for this. Super spacious, with a little kitchenette, a bathroom, a very comfortable bed, and a little gallery (as shown in the pictures). Armine and her son were very friendly and kind - thank you so much for letting me check in earlier and for the coffee and snack provided 🤍

Very secure and comfortable accommodation. The delightful hostess thought of every little detail including fresh fruit, extra towels and arrival drinks. Cosy well equipped room with comfortable bed. Hostess checked a couple of times if we needed anything.

It was truly a special place where we felt at home, and every detail reflected the soul of this place. The owner of this apartment is a true angel! She was so friendly and hospitable that we immediately felt like we were visiting old friends. She was always ready to help us with any questions. The location of this apartment was also just perfect. It is situated not far from the center, which allowed us to quickly reach the main attractions of the city. We could leisurely walk and savor the atmosphere of this wonderful place. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would be delighted to return here next time. Modern new apartment with a great standard for travellers!! Great location in a local house with a patio. All necessary equipment is included in the room, tea and coffee, fridge etc. Nice bathroom. There’s a sunny cozy terrace outside the room. Windows are big and the room is spacious. Silent in the night. Comfortable beds.
