The only drawback was the absence of a fridge in the room. However, given the winter season, I improvised by placing beverages on the windowsill outside))

I had a delightful stay! The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was not only very clean but also exquisitely modern – I was tempted to stay indoors the entire time. 😊 The amenities were fantastic, including unexpected extras like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers. While some mention the location as a downside, I personally enjoyed it. Though a bit distant from the center, the peaceful and quiet surroundings more than made up for it. Having my own car, I found the location convenient, but even for those without personal transportation, the affordable taxi service in Dilijan makes getting around easy. Overall, I highly recommend booking this hotel when in Dilijan; it's worth every penny.

Rooms are designed with good taste. Everything is cozy, compfy and very beautiful. Staff is super supportive. Breakfast was yummy with in-house homemade delicious cake. Restaurant menu is diverse and whatever we ordered, was delicious!!! They were making kakao for my niece for free of charge too, highly appreciated.

It is beautifully designed with great staff always ready to support. Whole hotel was very clean, atmosphere was very nice and comfy. Breakfast was very tasty with freshly baked cakes. They didn't have kakao but made a cup of kakaofor free for my niece, highly appreciated! Everything was delicious at the restaurant.

I really loved the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from my clean, comfortable room and appreciated the extra touches like toiletries, including toothpaste, ear swabs, and an excellent shower. Breakfast was lovely, with many delicious options, including home-baked pastry. (The omelette with local mushrooms and dill and apricot walnut gata on my last morning was probably my favorite breakfast in Armenia!) Most importantly, the staff are top-notch, always friendly and helpful, willing to accommodate your needs. This is a family business that works hard to make you feel like you, too, are family. Yes, it is a bit of a hike from the center up to Aurelia, but that's why there are those excellent views! And if you've had enough cardio, then a cab or a Yandex from the center is super cheap.

There was construction taking place next to the hotel, at least during my stay in May 2023. My stay would have been absolutely perfect, if it wasn't for the construction noise (but I understand the hotel cannot affect this and it's not their fault). Also to bear in mind, the roads around the hotel get very muddy after rain, as there is no pavement (just an acknowledgment, as I walked there with suitcase, but I would recommend taking a taxi from centre if not coming by car).

Very lovely place, new and clean, beautiful and cozy room with a nice balcony with view to the mountains. Very nice breakfast! There's also an on-site restaurant, so that's a benefit. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Consider to enhance the sound insulation. I can clear to hear anyone’s foot sound out of the door.

I visited Dilijan as the last stop of my trip. So we have to go early in the next day morning. They arrange the earlier morning amazing breakfast for us at 7:30pm which is so appreciated. The environment is so great and beautiful! The rooms are very clean and tidy. They also have a public rest area at the top floor. We can enjoy the free time and play the table game with friend. Thanks a lot. I will highly recommend any guest who will stay in Dilijan in this hotel. Good for couple and friends.

Hotel is new, freshly renovated with clean and modern rooms. Everything is according to pictures and of a nice quality :) Breakfast was tasty and diverse. They were offering mediterranean breakfast with several types of eggs, sausages, cereal, meat, cheese and fruit. There was also cottage cheese + honey and different jams for it. On the last floor there is a room, where you can watch TV, play some board games and work. We visited Aurelia in November, when the heating was already on and it was warm and comfortable inside.

We were lucky to find this hotel, it's really fresh, well furnished and comfortable. The rest room is something you usually miss in other hotels. The hosts were super helpful and caring. We also had dinner in the restaurant, delicious food with reasonable prices. Recommended!

There was too much construction around it, so from early hours of the day until late night there was noise pollution and dust.
