How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

they have listed soundproof as a facility, but the room was not soundproof for sure: there was a gap between the floor and door at least, which allowed to hear voices from the corridor. Also finding the reception was challenging
The mattress was very comfortable, the facilities were great, the room and bathroom were super clean. bathroom robes were provided. Everything was new and clean. I'll consider this place when visiting again.

The rooms need to be updated. The walls and carpet are old and in one room there was mold. The staff changed the room for us without problem but its something that needs to be worked on.
We chose this hotel because it was close to the ski resort and we ended up with a surprise...the hotel has a sauna and its free to guests...this was the perfect apres ski activity. Also the restaurant in front of the hotel was really good.

The breakfast was quite poor overall and most of the staff was not speaking in English. However they made sure to call someone who did whenever needed.
Very modern hotel with big and clean rooms. The rooms are very warm and the amenities provided are excellent. The location is perfect if travelling for skiing as it is next to the ski resort. Slightly further from the centre but easily accessible through taxi. The hairdryer available is perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff!

The view from our room, We are in room 101 and when you open the curtain is we are on the side of the hill the has been craved so you can see the roots of the tree.
Hotel is clean, bed is comfortable! Excellent customer service from Hasmik, Vard and arman, they assisted as so well, we had a problem with our luggage and they are very patience in helping us. Thank you!

There was a leak in the bathroom and the television would only show one channel otherwise it would freeze... but neither of these issues were big problems for us, we loved our stay so much!
We loved how near the the ski lift this hotel is, the room was really comfortable, the view of the slopes was amazing and the breakfast was great too.

We would have preferred breakfast to start at 0830, or earlier, rather than 0900. This would have enabled us to relax, eat, and arrive at the ski slopes in time for the first lift at 0930.
Lovely, friendly service, nice sauna experience, good size room and comfortable bed.

Aircon doesn’t work well. Even the temperature is already higher than the target, heater continues to blow hot air making the room too hot. So you need to turn the ac on and off for whole night. Bad smelling from some bathrooms. A little too pricy.
Room size is good for family. Bed quality is good.

The staffs are very good and helpful especially Vard. She helped me since before you arriving at the hotel making sure that your request to be accommodated until your departure they do make sure you are okay and comfortable. The room was clean, comfy and spacious enough with a stunning view in the window. They have everything in the hotel except for the currency exchange amd ATM machines. I would definitely recommend the hotel amd would definitely comeback here. Good service and best place to stay.

Breakfast could have been better.
Very close to the Ski lift location. Very clean, friendly staff. We went to Tsakhgazdor for 1 day...only for skiing. And this is the best place to stay since it is very close to the Ski lift location.

The rooms were very hot, and I couldn't control the temperature. Also wifi connection was low quality.

I chose the mountain view room , then I realized it's not full mountain view .. I wish if it was a panoramic view as it shows in the booking website

The picture for the king mtn view shows a floor to ceiling window. We did not receive this. Also, the breakfast is not worth 3500AMD in my opinion and you're better off walking next door to The Craftsman. The breakfast is cereal, hotdogs, a bit of fruit, bread, waffles w/o syrup, etc....very basic....
The location is about 5 min walk from the ropeway and next to a great restaurant called The Craftsman. Room is good and bed is comfortable. Staff is great.
