The service was awful, no one was in their place, if you need something you should ask a lot of times till somebody did it. I was really disappointed. Also when I called them before booking the rooms via Booking.com, they told me that no standard room was available and suggested very expensive room. But on the site a lot of options were available. So I can't understand such an inhospitable policy.

The hotel itself is very comfortable, elegant and new.

the hotel didnt have water. they refused to refund as well. the staff were very rude, and sewage smell was too much. the hotel didnt provide even tissues. pool was v dirty as well. we wanted to leave early, but they didnt want to refund us.

First of all, there were two big minuses we encountered when entering the hotel. The parking spot was too small and you had to close someone’s path when parking your car. Secondly, the hotel rooms were no soundproof at all. If you want to have a rest it’s the last hotel you should choose, as your rest will be accompanied by the hot sounds of your neighbor couples and the television sounds from another neighbor room. And finally, the staff service was awful. After 2 hours from the check-in, there was a problem with canalization and whole dirty water poured our toilet. When applying the reception and asking for new room, they answered that there was no free room left and when asking for the refund(we stayed just 1 hour overall), they said that it’s against their policy. Instead of being sorry and refunding immediately, they kept on saying that it was not refundable. Me and my wife just left without taking our money and our rest was totally ruined and time was wasted. So, if you appreciate your time and yourselves just don’t choose this hotel. There are so many good hotels out there. I just wanted to try new place but it was a total disaster.

1. It was not possible to take a shower in the bathroom! There was no floor slope in the cabin and all the water poured out of the cabin 2. Half of the second day there was no water in the hotel( 3. It took 10-15 minutes to find the employees 4. Reception did not answer calls

Initially were offered a room with noise kitchen air system outside. As we arrived early - were able to change the room for the other side of the building. In one of new rooms bathroom worked poorly - water went out very slowly, towels hanging reel was broken. Floor in room was not so clean. Although the hotel was quite new (2018) - some walls were dirty from some moistures or parties. I.e. it already needs repair. During both days water was off for several hours. They say it is a common problem but a) we were not informed, b) there was no such problem in other places we visited. Although the price is high, breakfast is very moderate. No normal juice, no normal coffee, no any biscuits or bakery. Overall do not recommend to stay. Not value for money.

Good location - very close to the ski resort, not far from the town centre. Small but own parking.
