The hotel is on the ground floor. You should be ready for passers by right in front of your window.

Frankly speaking I didn't expect much from a small hotel next to the bus station. However, it turned out to be really good! The room is well furnished and beautifully designed. It was a pleasure staying there. A great option for its price!

Avalon Hotel is the best option for individuals that want to stay near the US Embassy for their interview. Only 9 minutes walking there. Clean room, good staff, great location and quiet place. Near restaurants, supermarkets, exchange, Xerox,... I highly recommend it.

Avalon is a small and clean hotel with Iranian manager. It is near the US embassy (6-7 min walking). There is a bakery, a food court and a bus station near the hotel and you can go to around of Yerevan by bus with only 100 dram!

The owner was really helpful. When I've asked him where can I print some paperwork - he literally took me to his friend in the nearby shop which printed those few pages for me for free! Also, I have overslept the check-out time, but was not woken up or bothered or overcharged for that.

The staff were really friendly. The design of the room was great and also it was super clean.it was close to the market and a great bakery. Also, Saber and his friends helped us finding good restaurants and best places of the city to visit. The pictures were the same as the reality.

Not the very best location for a tourist - not easy traffic (esp in rush hours) and actually kinda “strange” and scary. I was lucky enough to travel with my boyfriend. Otherwise, I’d think twice before leaving the hotel

This is definitely the best hotel to stay at in Yerevan. I stop on this hotel already 3rd time. The location is near the center and airoport. The room was clean, fresh towels and also the new rooms are stylish and very comfortable.❤️🥰

The area around the hotel doesn't look that nice and the hotel itself looks like a small convenience store building. It is not possible to open the windows. My windows were facing the street side and the entrance - there were people walking along and stopping by my windows till late, so there was not enough privacy.

Friendly personnel, I was offered a cold drink while waiting for the room to be ready. The room has necessary facilities for a few days' stay (kettle, cups, hair direr, little fridge etc.). Everything is clean, wifi worked well, there is an air condition. There is a parking in front of the building. The hotel is close to the airport. Note that the location is good if you need to sleep over and continue to the airport, it is not the best place to stay if you want to explore Yerevan (25-30 min walk to the city itself).

Unfortunately, part of the room was completely glass and since the hotel lights were on all night, it was never dark inside. You can't open the curtain because it looks directly outside. At the same time, the room is cold and people are talking all night long, all the sound is in the room.
