I cannot say anything negative, we loved everything!

Excellent location. Brand new hotel. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, great daily cleaning. Comfortable bed!! We LOVED the homemade breakfasts by Suzanna! We are so very happy we stayed here, and will again!!

The breakfast needs some improvement, in my opinion it had lack of variety, coffee was cold, sometimes no omelet or fried eggs.

Very central location, the staff was very kind and helpful. We had a great time during an excursion with a guide that is working with the hotel.

I would say best accommodation in Yerevan! Great service, very clean, cozy. Staff is very polite, always ready to help, even propose you an umbrella if you're unlucky to visit Yerevan during rare raining days. The hotel is near to all best sightseeing place so you could just walk around at evening and observe most of memorable place in the city

At certain times, the ac in the room felt like it wasnt cooling, but the weather outside was good so cant complain :)

Newly renovated hotel in a great location that is close to republic square and popular areas, yet in a quiet area so you can get a good night sleep. Great soundproofing as well in the rooms. The staff were very polite and friendly, thank you marina she helped us on our arrival and provided fresh clean towels for our trip to sulphur baths.

The hotel is in the city center, surrounded by restaurants and shops. So it was easy to find everything (food, tourist attractions, taxi, etc.) Very comfortable beds, good breakfast, fresh furniture (or it's just a new hotel, I forgot to ask). The hotel is small and cozy.

Maybe the breakfast can start one hour earlier (currently at 8.30), although the hotel offer some option for guests who travel early in the morning.

Difficut to find when you arrive at night. Thin walls, you can hear your neighbour talk. When you arrive to breakfast later, you can eat only leftovers.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience! The comfort it provided was superb, the location was amazing - close to everything. The room was cozy and quiet, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay! 😊👏🏻

Although we had turned off every possible heating, the room was too hot (in winter). The breakfast would be perfect with a decent espresso instead of filter coffee; but that’s a matter of taste.

Great location, very central but quiet. Comfortable and modern rooms, friendly staff and tasty breakfast. We even got a free upgrade.

Nothing! It's located behind a main street but we were able to find it ok and its location meant there were very quiet surroundings so slept very well.

Fantastic hotel. We arrived early as we'd got the overnight train from Tbilisi. The person at reception was really welcoming and we were able to pay to check in early. He was great at explaining everything and making sure we were connected to wifi. The rooms and the whole hotel were beautiful. The comfiest beds we have slept on in a while! Water and coffee/tea was provided in the room. Bathroom was good with a good shower and plenty of hot water. The entire place was spotlessly clean. Good variety of options for breakfast in the morning. Has secure and safe luggage store if needed. Absolutely would stay here again it was fantastic.
