We have reserved the sauna, but couldn't use it as our reservation was forgotten and it wasn't heated. There were no glasses in the room.

Good location off the main street, parking in front of the hotel. It was very clean and well maintained. Room was big and beds comfy. Bathroom was nice and spacious.

If you're looking for a nice view from the window, this isn't the place for you. That wasn't important for us, but it could be for some people. Likewise, there's a construction site next door to the hotel. It wasn't noisy at night or in the morning, but if you need to sleep during the day it could be a problem. The TV also didn't work. We didn't need it at all, but again some people may find that important. We didn't ask the staff to help with it. I also noticed the door to the balcony didn't close even with the key that was in the door. We didn't talk to the staff about that either, because it was late and we were there for one night only. The hotel also had some problems with card payments which wasn't critical, but a bit inconvenient.

Nice location near a metro station and in walking distance of the downtown area as well. We arrived earlier than regular check-in hours but the staff was eager to help us find a room. They even upgraded the room free of charge. We only used the hotel for sleeping. It was good for that. The breakfast was filling, and there was enough of a variety to make it interesting.

There is no coffee beans at all, neither at room or at breakfast. At check out I was ask to wait until my room will be checked (not a big problem, but so unusual mistrust).

Only one thing that i can say is that breakfast can be more creative.

Mostly i liked staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, near metro, but also in a quiet place. Room was clean and comfortable.

at our first stay they gave us a room with wet carpet in the floor which smell very badly and it seemed that the pipe in the bathroom was leaking on the other hand the most of the furniture was broken but for the next stay gave us the better one.

AC wasn't working too well and considering it was summer, I think management could have a proper look at it? Although it was fine since the temperature wasn't too hot.

Breakfast is included so that's great! Room was fairly sized, got a fridge and all the basic you would expect. Housekeeping staff were doing an excellent job to keep the room nice and clean so that's amazing! There is a subway station literally 3mins walk just that was a bonus!

It was quite cold in the room, the receptionist said that the heating system was already off, but it was around 3 degrees at night, so it wasn't very pleasant. Also had a couple of issues that it was needed to repeat all requests several times on the reception.

The room has a great side Ararat view. It was tiny, but at the same time very cozy. The breakfasts were all right, pretty much the same every day, but everything was fresh and tasty. The location is very convenient, everything is accessible within walking distance, and at the same time the street is very quite.

The internet could have been better! There were nights when it simply did not work and I don't know if it was because of the number of people using it or just bad. Maybe they should pay a bit more for a better contract? I don't know how things work in Armenia.

I loved the huge room that came with a million dollar view - Mount Ararat! A wonderful large bathroom with a huge bathtub and a nice shower! Great breakfast options!

The room didn't have a kettle to boil water, and the bathroom was a little too small. The breakfast was okay but will little variety.

The location is quite nice as it is within walking distance of the city center. There is also a convenience store nearby with a currency exchange booth. The staff was really friendly, and they even recommended some nice restaurants in the area. Our room was also quiet big.

The hotel's wifi is weak so I'd recommend getting a mobile internet! You can buy a local sim card.

It was a very pleasant experience! :) People were nice and polite to us, the room was pretty, comfy and clean. Amazing bathtub AND shower! Very good bed, not too soft, not too hard, just right. Breakfasts were nice too, nothing mindblowing but it was fresh, fulfilling and had good variety to it (as if you made breakfast for yourself). We also could see mt. Ararat from our window and it was so beautiful! There's a small groceries store near the hotel and a pharmacy too.

Toiletries is not complete - No toothbrush and No tissue No welcome complimentary such as water and coffee They put us in a connecting room then someone open the door, I am not sure if the reception didn't inform that someone is on another room, we called the reception and said that the door was not locked on the connectiong room hahaha

Two rooms were together. Only thing that was spilling the rooms was a door so I could hear everything that the neighbour was saying.
