I have nothing but good things to say about my stay at the Best Western,the staff was exceptional,the room was spotless,the breakfast was delicious and the location is great,I will definitely stay here again.

One bottle of beer in the minibar was refilled by someone with unidentified liquid, which caused a very unpleasant drinking experience. The case was immediately reported to the reception, but in the morning during the check out my report was questioned and they mentioned that they checking every day the minibar and it is not possible that the staff would not recognize this issue. Although I did not need to pay for the beer I had the feeling that they not believe me.

Armenia being the 32nd country I have visited, I can easily say that the latter has been a favourite, not only due to its rich history, its safety, its liveliness, but also the fact that this concept of ‘home away from home’ is a given at this hotel and this can only be reached through the staff’s presence. I would here need to mention Hripsime who has; time and again, shown her incredible welcoming attitude. Her request to the tour guide to stop along the way to show another important part of to the country without extra cost is worth to be mentioned and it simply highlights that she doesn’t solely put forth interest in her job but further than that, wanted to show me around the country herself to display the beauty of Armenia - her enthusiasm and genuine interest can be felt. I thank everyone else for their smiles and welcome. Having worked myself in luxury hotels and resorts in countries around Asia and Europe, I can recommend this place. Even though country 33 is planned for this year, I am already looking forward to coming back to Armenia.

I just wanted to share some feedback with you regarding my recent stay. While everything else was great, I think the room size could have been better. We were three people and the bedrooms felt a bit too close together, which made it a little uncomfortable. Just thought you might want to know for future reference.

The location is awesome, and the staff is super professional and friendly. Also, the breakfast is complete and absolutely delicious.

In the city center, clean, good tasty breakfast. Special Thanks to Reception services as they helped to call Medical Emergence for one of us at night. Baby bed received immediately.

The location was perfect. It was hardly 5 minutes walk to the Republic square. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Service was fast and exceptional whenever required. Very clean room. Should I travel to Armenia again, I shall definitely choose Best Western for my stay. Will definitely recommend to people travelling to Armenia.

Clean, very nice atmosphere! Very good and polite team! We asked for the late check out and ladies allowed us to stay for 3 hours for free. Good location, good breakfast and hospitality!
