Only negative - our initial room did not have a window. I think it was the only room like this, but keep in mind it is a possibility. Once we complained - we got another room, no issues.

Location can not be any better! For travelers it was amazing - everything is walkable, we felt very safe and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the room and they exchanged it right away.

In central but quiet location with everything you need. Good value for money was less than half the price of the best western where I also stayed. If you don’t need all the “formalities” of a chain hotel I recommend staying here

When I arrived, I was told there was no option for credit card payment. This changed when I checked out and they were able to make the payment terminal work. The pillows were very stiff though so they weren't as comfortable as they could be.

The location was perfect, really central and close to markets and landmarks! The staff was really helpful, they spoke English and they also allowed me to store my luggage in the last day since my flight was late in the evening.

Could not dream of a better location. The hotel is inside a small yard, meaning the it does not provide special view but it is quiet, which in Yerevan center is not an easy task :)

The couch was small. It's ok for a small child, but not ok for an adult. There was no hot water one of the evenings.

The hotel location was excellent, most attactions in central Yerevan were in walking distance. It's not on the street, but in the yard behind the buildings, so no noice coming from traffic. The family room was actually a small living room with kitchenette and a couch, one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two sinlge beds, and a bathroom. The staff was very helpful. Hotel provided excellent value for money.

The WiFi was poor in my room, I kept losing connection. As soon as I left my room it worked perfectly. I think it was because my room was the furthest away.

Location is just perfect - close both to the Republic Square and the Cascade stairs (not to mention the Opera). I was particularly pleased to learn that there is also a free of charge parking lot in the yard. I also liked the price performance - the room was pretty spacious and modern. There was a water kettle and a fridge there too.

They had no elevators, and we has to carry our luggages through the stairs.

You had to pay in cash

Nice staff, good room of a good size and clean. The hotel is not.located at the big street but 'inside' of the block. It is less pretty located, with cars and the back of buildings but it cancels the noise of the street very well and it is just 30seconds of walking and your on the street again

We stayed at the hotel for one day upon our arrival in Armenia and we decided to return there a couple of days later when we reached Yerevan again after travelling in the country. The location is great, very central but quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is really nice and helpful, thanks for the very pleasant stay!
