the hotel is so comfortable, good stuff who tries to make your mood better. this hotel has so good view from room, normal location if you dont want to be tired from city noice. hotel rooms are really clean and comfortable.

Staff helpful, but not always quick.

Excellent value choice. Possible to walk into central Yerevan in half an hour (head straight downhill on paths/little roads). Great morning views of Ararat from the room.

Location is far away from center and rooms is very old, carpets looks like dirty but actually they are too old. Bed was not comfortable (((

Staff bearly speak English except for the reception, breakfast is not good they will serve 3 different egg dish 2 omelet and boiled eggs 🥚 🥚 There is no coffeee only black tea then cold milk there is one Jag of orange juice but as there is a lot of guest having breakfast I have ask if they still have some and the attendant said no more 🙁 no hot water and drinking water during the breakfast . We moved to another hotel near the Republic square. The reception guy is very helpful to book a taxi for us using Yandex go and I paid only 800armenian dram .👍 When arrived taxi took 2000 Armenian dram from the city to the nairi hotel 🙁🙁

Some staff are accommodating but lady looks snob. we didn’t like the carpet it seems dirty, and tv no socket to plug in. But carpet if removed then it will nice.

The bed that we got has defect which will feel the spring and it quite noisy once we move. Do have amenities like tooth brush and paste, no counter for coffee and water heater kettle.

The breakfast was good, the staff was accommodating. They will try to help you what you need but few are has an English communication skills.

Location was great. Not too far from city center and we were able to book a taxi at affordable prices from the app (YandexGo). Breakfast was good, staff was very helpful (a special thanks to the reception which did their best for me and my baby), also the environment was nice.

The Rooms was different from each other, we reserved 2 different room with a same price, one of the rooms had a TV but the other one didn't have, instead of this the other had hairdryer but the other room didn't, Phone was in the bathroom, i was sleep and the phone rings, i had to go to the bathroom to answer it.

Personel behavior was ok, they were so kind, breakfast was ok and if you are traveling with your pet, its the hotel you need

In our eoom was very dirty carpet. But I'm not really understand some rules. When hotel don't have own restaurant for dinner, what is a problem when customers eating delivery in lobby? In our room it was just one armchair.... And it was very very cold in room. Now my husband ill((

The staff knew very basic english, their POS was ''out of order''. They didnt have enough cash for change euros or dram and they gave me dollars VERY POOR BREAKFAST AND ALL SALTY and of course it had blackout no electricity for 2 hours

Staff at front office was rude.. they were behaving as if we have come to stay for free.. Rooms were not cleaned.. used shower gel bottles were seen in the washroom.

The locatione was not far breakfast worth for the price ,the staffs were so friendly and their host's so good comparing to other hotels and accommodation places the price at that day was so good.

Beds' bases were awful and broken, so that after they changed our room, again the problem persisted and finally we had to lie down carefully. In property description of booking.com, we read: "Featuring indoor swimming pool and sauna.." but unfortunately you see no active pool and sauna there, I should add that the main reasons of mine to reseve this hotel were these two categories.

They were ready to solve any problem soon. The staff were kind. The breakfast was nice and complete. Hotel atmosphere was relaxing.
