I am from Iran and stayed at BBH for 3 nights and enjoyed it a lot: kind staff, clean room, good location (almost 15 min to Republic Square by walk), delicious breakfast (I already missed it), and quiet place. Everything was fine and it is worth trying it.

This is our second visit and stay here. It's like a joke away from home. Staffs are so friendly and easy to communicate. Perfect location, closer to SAS and Republic square too.

The hotel is really great so the only downside is that there is no elevator, but that's actually not a problem at all, as the hotel has only 2 floors (ground floor and one more).

Nothing. Maybe the local authority should put a fence on the pavement approaching the hotel. It is a long drop to the street and there is no fence. This is not the fault of the hotel of course.

Very helpful and welcoming staff, everything clean and everything worked. Excellent breakfast. Central but quiet at night. Yerevan is expensive so not cheap but considering the location it is great value. Hope to stay again.

Air conditioning frequently broke down. Staff tried to fix by resetting centrally but there was a broader issue where any residents could impact the central programming. As such, we had two nights of interrupted sleep Room was not fully cleaned every day (only sporadically) - towels/toiletries not replaced. Breakfast room was somewhat small/cramped

You can order a transfer from/to the airport at the hotel. I used it once, it was very comfortable and the driver was very friendly but in my opinion it's very overpriced. I would still suggest getting it if it's your first time in Armenia and you don't know the city, uber is very cheap in comparison but sometimes cars are almost broken, I didn't feel safe. Another annoying thing was that you have to pay for the transfer in cash, this stressed me out because I exchanged money at the airport with a very bad rate, but afterwards I found out that I could pay at the end of my stay for that. There is no lift to get to the second floor.

I stayed alone in one room, which was very comfortable. My family stayed in a separate room for 3 people, it looked also quite nice and there were enough space for 3 people and their things. People working at the hotel always offered help and were very friendly. The location is very good, you can reach everything by walking. Breakfast was small but me and my family enjoyed it. I really appreciated that you can always get water or refill your water bottle at the breakfast room.
