It is a fabulous place to stay. It's off the main road. Nice and quiet. Yet it's downtown and a supermarket is about 8 minutes walk. Safe, secure, clean, and they have free tea and coffee

Very friendly staff, welcoming and helpful. 24-hour reception always available if needed. We were allowed to keep using the lockers for our backpacks for the whole day following our stay at no extra cost, since we had a late evening flight.

The capsule itself was a little creaky when I was laying in it, was a little conscious that this might disturb other people when they are sleeping but I must say overall the capsule idea is great and really fun and cool.

Location fantastic, receptionist was very kind and lovely, I Iiked the lounge communal space room in the connecting area between the sleeping space and reception/entrance. The accommodation room with the capsules within was spacious. I found the bed itself comfortable and I slept well.

Let's not get away from the fact that this is essentially a 10 bed dormitory with all the issues that this usually entails. Any more than 5 people in the room and I think you'd be in for an unpleasant stay. It's the luck of the draw how many end up in your dormitory. The capsules are quite 'plasticky'. It's therefore noisy when you or your neighbours move.

I liked the fact that two out of the three nights I stayed there was only two of us in a 10 person capsule room. The capsules were a nice novelty. Good shower- plenty of hot water. Free water, hot water and tea/coffee. Good WiFi. Nice lounge area where you can sit and relax. Excellent, central location.

It was my best hostel experience so far, Lyova and the stuff were so friendly and helpful and all the facilities were super clean. The location is next to the opera and you can go everywhere super easy.

I am so gratefull to Christine (the Receptionist) who was always there to help me and to Svetlana (attendant) who really took good care of the Capsule Hotel , the reason why I felt at home during my stay.

The common area is small and cramped and only has low tables. There is no refrigerator or place to eat comfortably. There is one coat rack in the dorm room but there are is no hook on the capsules for hanging towels. There are also no shelves or cabinets in the capsules. Given these constraints, I recommend it as a place to stay only for a night or two to enjoy the space capsule experience. The dorm rooms are in a separate building and are not affected by this issue, but just inside the front door there is a small opening into a garage that reeks of toxic oil and diesel fumes that rise through the stairway. Sealing off this garage would be a really good idea.

The space capsules are truly a novelty. Each is equipped with a fan, which is rather loud, but which keeps the capsule ventilated. Playing with the colors of the lights is rather fun and, for those with sensitive eyes, the chance to relax in a red light environment is pretty special. The staff are enthusiastic and responsive. There was a power outage due some issue in the building and everyone came out to fix it promptly. The hot water is totally good. The dorm room, although large, was kept at a very comfortable temperature in winter. Pretty large luggage lockers are provided.

Hard to find its location. It is not on google map, so you can only reach the place by searching the address. But hotel is in the building that is actually behind the address.

I really loved it. Aside from the the cleanliness of the place, the staffs were very nice. Since it was my first time trying a capsule hotel and my first time in Armenia, it was very memorable for me and I highly recommend it especially for solo travelers like me. I would definitely come back!!

Capsula Hotel is located right in the center of Yerevan, 5 minutes walking from the Cascade. Everything is new and clean, the capsules are very comfortable and really give you the feeling of being on a space ship! :) The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The smell in the bathroom, probably due to old tubes or such. Guests being extremely loud even at night. Should be made clear that where the dormitories are, it is a quiet zone. You have to pay to get access to a towel for the time of your stay.
