breakfast was below average. no much English speaking channels available in TV.

clean and simple rooms , has all the basics , everything you need is walking distance good Wi-Fi speed , surrounded by government building so it’s secured. the receptionist staff are amazing and trying to help when asked. Al Mnaseer thought it is a small desk but has a lot . especial thanks to cleaning room service Ms.Ameena , she is professional.

Copious leak in the shower gets the entire bathroom flooded. Not so much of a problem but original: the reception is on the 5th floor, while the bedrooms are in the lower stages. Breakfast could be improved

Confortable and clean. Almost new facilities and centrally located. Big TV and AC. Bedroom had a fully equipped kitchen, although we did not use it

hotel does not have any proper sign with their name on it so that people/taxies can find it easily! we spent 30 min figuring out where is the entrance with lots of luggages! and nobody was anywhere to help! showers did not have proper waterproof ceiling and all the water comes out when you take a shower! anything you ask from the staff, even very small little things, they say let me see what I can do for you ( seems like to ask them something special or impossible!), and they come back with an answer 2 hrs later which is odd! however, at the same time they are polite and friendly people!

Amazing hotel, very comfortable just not so easy to find. Took us a while to finally know where to go! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! The location is perfect! I would come back here!

There is no sound proof, every night my neighbors were walking in the little corridor between room doors went for a smoke 10 times a night and it was so noisy. I had to wait until the finish to go to sleep. But I guess if you have quiet neighbors it will not be a problem. And one more thing the lift didn't work well and I struggled many times to go up and down but reather then that everything was good.

The location of the hotel was perfect just 3 minus away from the main square but in a quiet area. The room was neat, clean, the furniture looked new like in the pictures.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We were doubtful to book, because the place didn't have that many reviews - but we had an impressive experience. Upon arrival we were greeted by super friendly staff. Our room was spotless clean, modern, and stylish. Food and overall service was excellent and beyond what we had expected. Location is perfect (that's why we booked this hotel in the first place) walking distance to stores and downtown Yerevan, the Republic Square, much more.

Facilities are NOT functional. Heater is not working inside the room, they fixed it when we raise a complaint and there's a blockage in the bathroom which cause flood and bad smell as it's carpeted. Staff are not friendly, they don't greet you back even you said "Hi Good Morning".

Location is very near to Republic Square, 5 mins walk from the Hotel.

Wonderful view of the dumpsters outside, garbage truck woke me up at 3 AM It’s impossible to fix the shower handle in the holder. A few times I forgot about it and the shower handle flew out after I turned on the water and hit me on the head Bathroom door handle was broken but they fixed it

the sheets were in bad condition and they didn’t change them for 5 days . I had booked the room for my 1,5 years old toddler ,too, but the bed wasn’t suitable for her , when I asked if they could do something , the stuff were polite but never answered back. the breakfast could be a lot better

There was a humming noise coming from the corridor all night. Possibly from an AC or a fridge. I tried turning off the AC is my room but that didn't help, it was definitely from outside the room.

The location was good, the staff was pretty friendly.
