The location very quite and serene. The place for breakfast and the breakfast very generous and good quality. A great place to relax and enjoy the views of the mountains. Hosts are very nice and helpful.

Very cozy and beautiful hotel with a great view. Rooms are very nice and clean. What we loved most was the staff. They are great and very warm, hospitable people who instantly make you feel at home. Also the breakfasts and dinner were amazing! If we will be back in Dilijan we will definitely book a stay here again!

The property had an excellent view of the landscape, you could view it from your balcony or swinging sofa. The staff were very friendly, offered us tea, coffee on the house. The breakfast was so full, felt like the food your grandma would put on the table.

The property is very clean and the service very good. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. I especially liked the cat! The views are beautiful too and the food is very good.

We had such a lovely stay up here at the Casanova Hotel. It's located a short 10 minute taxi ride (always a Yandex available) from the center of town and is nestled alongside a beautiful hill and overlooks the mountains around Dilijan. The atmosphere here is so warm and cozy with a really cool 1930's mountain chalet vibe. Each morning there is a scrumptious breakfast with plenty of variety (and slight variations each morning). Then there is a restaurant which has a lovely menu with plenty of tasty options at reasonable prices for lunch and dinner. The staff are super lovely and accommodating. Special shout out to Vahan who has a heart of gold and speaks perfect English. Haik was also a champion and did a great job attending to our meals. We had a wonderful spacious and tidy room and were kindly upgraded as we arrived during a quiet period. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Dilijan to come and stay at the Casanova Hotel. You won't regret it!

Very beautiful nature and hotel. Wonderful staff and hospitality service. Our room was very nice, and very comfortable. We loved waking up to the view and fresh air. We also loved having breakfast in the outdoor sitting are. The food was very good!

Delicious reakfast with several different salads, o Evette and cheese. We had so many little extras that we needed, as the airline had lost our luggage and we lacked some essentials; and nothing was too much trouble for the manager Havan.

Decided to stay for second night.. had an amazing time here and all of the staff were nice and polite, came and asked to have my sheets changed although I had only stayed one night prior.. Overall piece of heaven!!

There was construction noise nearby, but not much can be done about that and we had a great time anyway. We'd recommend anyone to stay here!

We had a great time at Casanova. All the staff are excellent and made us feel welcomed, and we particularly enjoyed taking in the views from the beautiful balconies. The breakfast was very generous - we are not used to having so many options as vegetarians!

The shower is in the same room and on the same level (no boundaries to keep the water) as the toilet, so the floor gets messy and wet.

I still think it's quite overpriced but I think it's becoming a common thing in Dilijian now.

Expensive internal sightseeing transfers from hotel. Lunch and dinners needs to be reasonably priced. Add kettles and water bottles to rooms.
