We would like breakfast to open at 8 am. The mattress was a bit softer than we like but it was ok.

The room was beautiful and modern. We loved the wood burning stove. The breakfast was plentiful though it opens at 9 am. We are early risers and would have loved an earlier breakfast. The hotel is near the Trans-Caucasus trails and we went on two lovely hikes right from the hotel.

The staff was super friendly and polite. You have an employee walk you to the room, show it and ask if you may need anything additional. The area is very cozy and beautiful, the landscape is amazingly planned. They have not been greedy with their space, so you have a pretty cool relax zone on the last floor of the hotel with an amazing view on mountains, they also have kids zone and bar. This definitely is one of the best stays in Dilijan (if not the best)

The hotel was a bit far from the surrounding activities, facilities and services. A good idea would be to have an additional paid taxi service owned by the hotel to make visitors commuting more comfortable.

The location is hard to find at first, use the long path, because the short ones the navigation is showing are impossible to use. Overall the paths are not the best.

the lights with automatically turn on on max in bathroom makes it significantly harder to use bathroom at nights when everyone else including you are asleep :) I’ve never seen anything like this in any hotel around the world

Blankets were too warm and there was a lack of other options, breakfast buffet was not COVID-safe. Staff had answered inquiry incorrectly leading to wrong booking but thankfully they offered alternative solution. Meal portions for lunch and dinner were smaller than expected.

Views were wonderful, cleanliness and design were top notch, all fixtures were high quality. It was wonderful to have a bath with breathtaking views of the autumnal trees in the surrounding mountains. Tereza in the dining area was extremely good natured and helpful, which is rare to find in Armenia

The road to get to the hotel is extremely bad. We were almost to break the car. Actually one of the worst roads in Armenia ever encountered. We were not warned by the hotel that there is actually another road to get there as well, which is in a better condition. Would have been nice to get this message in advance.

Super nice and cozy hotel. Brand new and everything is very clean. We were staying with friends in one of the cottages which is very nice and comfortable when you are traveling with friends. We definitely hope to go back there again.

The roads leading to the location were quite bumpy/uncomfortable. - The breakfast didn't match up to our expectations. - The bed comforters would be perfect for fall/winter/spring, but they were way too hot to sleep with during the summer. Since there wasn't an AC in the room my family couldn't sleep properly because of the heat.

The rooms and the entire building were modern and gorgeous. - It was a very clean and cozy environment. The backyard was really nice as well. - The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful experience in Dilijani Tun hotel. It is a perfect place to stay in either for a weekend getaway or for a long stay. The backyard is amazing, all staff members are great, food is delicious and the rooms are super stylish and clean! Location is really strange. There were two roads to the hotel and I guess we chose a wrong one. There was a moment we thought about u-turn and looking for another place to stay but the street was so narrow and with terrible potholes so we had no choice but continue. The area surrounding the hotel was so rural with shubby buildings so against this background the hotel looked really strange. But anyway we enjoyed our stay because indoors everything was perfect.

The hotel is absolutely new and modern but and at the same time was built in Armenian style. The building, rooms and restaurant are perfect. We had luxury room and it was amazing, well decorated, clean and there was everything we need.
