Amazing location! The place is surrounded with forest-covered mountains and distant snowy peaks, below it a small mountain river is running on the rocks. The view from our balcony included all of the above and was breathtaking 😻 Beautiful and comfortable, well-designed interior, with good furniture and appliances. Very good breakfast (served till 11:30, which was important and nice for us, not exactly early birds) and good choice of delicious food in the restaurant. Pleasant SPA zone with a swimming pool, a hot tub and a sauna (the kids enjoyed it enormously!), also a small fitness zone with a good treadmill. Both have unusually long working hours, which was a nice surprise. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. I highly recommend this place and would definitely like to visit again myself.

Cocktails in forest cafe can be improved

The stuff was very attentive at the reception. They saw us parking at the hotel gate and immediately came to help with the luggage. I was positively surprised :) The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable and furnished with taste. We even had a balcony with wonderful view to the mountains and forests. The hotel also has a forest cafe. Cocktails are not glorious but it's very pleasant to spend time there. As for the service it was high quality. We had a dinner in the evening in the restaurant which is in the building of the hotel and asked to add the bill to our room number so that we can pay during checkout. Even though the restaurant is not connected with the hotel (they are two different establishments) they had no problem with this and we payed both for the room and the restaurant next morning.

Breakfast starting time could be a bit earlier.

Typical Armenian breakfast, tasty and good variety. There were many choices in the restaurant menu, good size portions and very tasty. The receptionists and restaurants staff were very polite, professional, helpful and smiling. The forest view from our room was amazing. We could here from our room balcony the melody of stream water.The jazz evening in the hotel made our stay memorable. I liked everything there.

I wish there was no plastic garbage in the stream and travellers were more responsible.

Lovely ambience, restaurant by the stream, super helpful staff, great food. The area in the loft upstairs did become a bit hot, AC was not very effective there.
