It is very Good Spot with very Good Views😀😀....We loved the hospitality from Dilivita Rest House....we had chit-chat night with Home-made wines, Brandy and Vodka.....❤️❤️Those were the good moments we had captured from Dilivita Rest House❤️❤️ Must visit place, and if you plan to visit atleast plan for 2 days so that you can enjoy the Morning view and Night View🥰...The Director of Dilivita Rest House was treating me like his Grandchildren...Thank you for all the Great Hospitality ❤️

Great place. We felt welcomed from the first second. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Just lovely. The place is surrounded by beautiful nature. You have stunning views from the garden. The rooms are well equipped and clean. Breakfast and the restaurant is awesome. We can highly recommend this location.

Excellent location, so peaceful and quiet excellent management and staff, so friendly so caring to make sure all the guests are comfortable and enjoying themselves. The food was fresh organic and deliciously cooked at the property. We had a great entertainment . Very clean with all the amenities . It was a very unique and extra ordinary experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dilivita Resort in Dili, Armenia, and I must say it was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of care from the staff, making me feel instantly at home. The resort itself is nestled amidst breathtaking natural beauty, surrounded by lush greenery and offering stunning views of the Armenian landscape. The serene atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The accommodations at Dilivita Resort were simply outstanding. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the attention to detail in the room's design, which added a touch of elegance to the overall experience. Additionally, one of the most delightful experiences during my stay at Dilivita Resort was the nightly bonfire gatherings accompanied by fine wine. As the sun set over the picturesque landscape, guests were invited to gather around the crackling bonfire, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. I must also mention the delightful complimentary breakfast served at Dilivita Resort, which was a true culinary delight. For those who preferred a hearty breakfast, there were a variety of hot options, such as eggs cooked to order, fluffy pancakes, and savory omelets. Quite, tranquille place settled in the mountains. Very nice for a family rest. The owner brought us all kinds of toys for the kids (and there is also a sand box). Too bad the speaking languages of the object are only armenian and russian. Only one speaking english was owners granddaughter who was at the property, an extremely polite and nice girl.

There was a minor issue with the air conditioner. It didn't work properly. We felt a little bit cold, but nothing that could make our stay uncomfortable.

The room was great. It was clean, and cozy, with a very comfortable king-size bed. The location is unique as the guest sleeps inside the green nature of Armenia. A peaceful destination is a must for someone who wants to escape from the city. However, the best thing of all is the owners of this unit. They were so kind and warm that we felt that we were part of their family in a minute. Definitely worth visiting this place.

Kudos to the owners for providing a kettle in the room, but for black coffee drinkers it might be helpful to provide an alternative to sachets of instant coffee that include milk and sugar. But that is a very small suggestion for improving what is already a superb place to stay.

This small and very modern hotel set in immaculate grounds is an excellent base for exploring the Dilijan National Park. It offers spotless, very comfortable and naturally lit ensuite rooms with views across a wooded valley. The owners go out of their way to be helpful – we were running late and pre-ordered dinner via WhatsApp having been sent photos of the restaurant menu. The timing of the buffet style breakfast, 09.30hrs is not ideal for early starters (we were on a bird watching tour), but when it is served it is both generous and offers excellent choice. We also ate dinner in the restaurant both nights and the freshly prepared meals are first rate with enormous portions. Perhaps many dishes perhaps are best shared to avoid the sizeable “doggy bag” we took for lunch the next day.

A great place to stay for a relaxing mountain trip, thanks to the ideal location amid a quiet village (and only a short drive far from Dilijan), the well-maintained facilities, and above all, the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff, who went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our time there. We're already planning a return trip.
