Durr 32 doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms are excellent. Probably the best breakfast we had in Armenia. Very warm rooms.

This is a wonderful place. The entrance is on the hill down to Dilijan, and perhaps the road may temper your expectations. Once inside though, it's heavenly. The sound of the river and the breeze in the trees is the only noise you'll hear, and the care and attention Natascha and Zeron have paid to the building and its lovely period details is a joy to behold. Upstairs, all kinds of creative and artistic endeavours occur, and it's worth spending a while chatting to them both about all they have achieved, and plan for the future. If this is not enough, you'll enjoy the best Lebanese/Armenian coffee you'll ever find.

The heritage building has been lovingly restored by its artist owners, with a beautiful and thoughtful interior. The rooms are calm, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is fresh delicious and bountiful and the service is extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is central and convenient. I would highly recommended this place and look forward to coming again.

I liked everything, it really feels like home with great hospitality. Loved each and every bit here, the place is very calm, closer to the city, the rooms are beautiful and well organized. Kitchen is well equipped, we can cook anything. I recommend this place whoever is planning to visit Dilijan

The best hotel during my trips in Armenia (and other countries too)! Everything was so perfect and beautiful. The location is so close to the bus station yet so quiet. The hotel has a spacious lobby and lovely decorated. The room is spotlessly clean and beautiful and smells fresh. I slept really well here. The living room in front of the room was so cozy and comfy to spend time there. The breakfast was served beautifully with lots of variety and generous portion. The best part was the people. The staff Astrik and Narineh were so friendly and helpful and resourceful. I have a good chat with Narineh and she also gave me some recommendation of local food, I tried all and I love them all! :) Natascha and Zeron the host were amazing human beings. They are so nice, sweet and what I love is they really put sustainability in their business, including to reduce the carbon footprint. My day to move to Yerevan was on the same day they went too so they kindly offered me a lift. It was a really nice spending time with them, it was just like spending time with good friends. :) They showed me some landmarks otw and they even dropped me to my hostel in Yerevan. I was so speechless with their kindness. Thank you for everything! Dilijan is really beautiful and great place for outdoor activities like hiking even during winter with heavy snow, which made this small town looked so idyllic and magical. If you travel to Armenia, do not miss Dilijan, and do not miss staying at Durr 32.

This place is an absolute gem of a guest house. It operates as a very friendly B&B with superb breakfast included. It's a few minutes walk from Dilijan centre with all sorts of restaurants. The owners are very much into community projects locally.

Beautifully renovated old building within walking distance to the city centre. Tastefully appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast and fantastic coffee. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We felt very comfortable here during our three night stay. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the furnishings were very nice (like everywhere else there). On a rainy day we enjoyed the cozy lounges and met other guests over a glass of wine. There is a huge, well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. Breakfast is served from the buffet which is diverse and delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Our stay at Durr 32 was an amazing experience. The staff working there is characterised by their kindness and willingness to help out in all matters. It reminded me of a beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious, spotless and newly renovated like all other places of the hotel. The breakfast is extremely high quality and everything was freshly baked and beautifully decorated. My husband and I would like to thank Natacha, her husband and Narineh who made us feel amazing and at home. Our next trip to dilijan will of course be paired by a stay at their hotel.

Kitchen staff could be more friendly.

New cozy hotel. Owners are excellent people! Breakfast was pretty good. Inner territory is a calm place nearby the spring. A lot of design books in the library!
