The breakfast staff was terrible - we really can´t understand. At the reception was told us that the breakfast is from 9-11 and we need to ask 15 minutes before. Se we asked next day at 8:45, the lady for breakfast was still sleeping, and once she come, with very unpleasant face prepared the breakfast - very poor, no drinks, variability like in 1* hotel. We said, OK, maybe hard night before, and asked in advance for the next day for breakfast again at 9 (as include the hotel rules 9-11). We did not see ever such displeasing and unplesant face of the staff - like we would ask for breakfast at 6. Really, we don´t know where was the problem ... as we read all the perfect revies of friendly staff there, we can´t confirm it. Really I don´t want to have breakfast at 10 or later, usualy the hotels have breakfast starts at 7, here was problem at 9. Moreover the breakfast was quite poor, fine egss, little bread, small plate of veg, small plate of fruits, 3 kinds of jam, and 2 little cookies and coffee ... no more refill of anything. All for 2000AMD/person. I highly recommend to eat out in the city - really dissapointed with that, because all the rest in the hotel was more than perfect.

Very cozy family hotel with small swimming pool. The interiors are nice with retro furniture (retro in a good sence). Location is good very close to the food market, only 15 minutes to the city center. In the room you can find fridge, TV and wi-fi.

I had a great experience. The staff were supportive and amazing. The location and cleanliness were great. The only case I need to mention is that if there was a sink and oven in the suites, it would make it outstanding. Overall I give a 10/10 and recommend it.

The location, the rooms are extra comfortable and clean, (they give to you all the necessary bathroom stuff), the breakfast is amazing. We enjoyed a lot the pool and the terrace. If I come back to Yerevan for sure I will choose Elross.

Dazzling white bed sheets, very comfortable mattress, clean, hot water (I mean hot!) in the bathroom and good water pressure in the shower. The room has old Soviet stile furniture but for me it is even charming.

The hotel where you want to come back. Great quiet family place, very simple, but so cordial. Room was clean, with tea spot, refrigerator and hairdryer inside. Beds were comfortable. If you want, Anna can make a large tasty breakfast for you by additional fee. There are several common spaces like terrace and balcony on the third floor.

Breakfast starts at 9AM, so we weren't able to enjoy breakfast at Elross since we always had to leave before 9AM to catch our scheduled trips. It would've been better if they serve breakfast starting 8AM for example. The hostess didn't know English so we had to sometimes communicate through google translate. (The hostess's daughter knows English so whenever she's there, communication becomes easier) They clean the room and change towels every 3 days. This wasn't an issue for us as we weren't spending a lot of time in our room. However, I am writing this cz I know some people would prefer to have their towels changed daily. I was expecting to have total silence at night cz we're away from the city, however, you could still hear some "white noise" during the night. I wasn't sure if it's from the AC or from something else outside.

The place is very clean. The design is really nice and authentic. The mattress was very comfy (better than many 5 star hotels!). The location is not the best as it is around 25 mins (walking) from republic square, but for us it felt like we're in one of the countryside towns in our home country. It was a good nostalgic feeling. There's a fruits and vegetables market very close to the hotel so you can always grab some fruits on your way (fruits are really good in Armenia, especially peaches). You also have a supermarket that opens at 8AM and gum market that opens at 9AM very close by. Great value for money!

Super friendly and helpful service staff! You can ask anything and they will help you. You can rent a car cheaply. Nice and warm place to stay over night or more nights. Apartaments is really near city center.
