The room is clean and the same as the picture. Good location, near to Republic Square, Freedom Square and many restaurants and shops. The staff were nice and accommodating. The breakfast was great and located at the backdoor hotel on the 4th floor. I booked the budget solo but I was amazed that it has everything, tv, kettle, blow dryer, vault, toiletries and towels. And the price is cheap compared to other hotel.

Fantastic staff, extremely helpful and very friendly with great English and Russian! Very easy to book tours outside the city through the hotel. Very nice breakfast, great location for sightseeing and enjoying the city! Comfortable, clean room.

The room was quite small, and the shower didn't have a separate space in the bathroom, but it was clean. We had breakfasts in another hotel which is just next to the backdoor.

A really nice place to stay! The staff is polite and positive, location is excellent - just 2 mins walk to some great restaurants, and 10 mins to the city center.

No parking available, and they were not much help recoommending a good or free place to park. There was a chain across the front entrance clearly in front of the front entrance, space for about 4 cars. Do not know if they own this or not?? We had to pay big money in a underground car park to stay there.

Everything was great and the breakfast was good that was included in the price. its in the building out the back door which is a bigger hotel. Location was the best thing here and it was easy to fine.

Thin door in the room, not soundproofing.

Wonderful staff: friendly, helpful, always with smile. Guys, you are the best! Warm clean room and super comfy bed. Reach selection of food at breakfast, including local freshly cooked yummies, greens, fruits&veggies, cheese, pastries etc. Location is also great: the very central point of Yerevan, the Opera house is less than a quarter away.

The view from my room was not nice (the roof of some low building was with pieces of garbage) but it doesn't great matter because I was only slept there.

The location of the hotel is perfect if your goal is tourism. It's very close to the centre and Cascade. The breakfast is very rich and tasty. The personal is very friendly and helpful

It's in the very heart of Yerevan, walking distance from main attractions and different shops and supermarkets. They offer different tours and the prices are OK. The breakfast is served in another part of the hotel and it was very very good.

We loved that the hotel is in the center and the attractions are just walking distance. The hotel itself is very decent, the staff are excellent, breakfast is superb and we really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Elysium Gallery Hotel for first time travelers like us. Our room has a balcony access and attached toilet. Lastly we checked out early because we have a morning flight they have given us a breakfast box it's amazingly thoughtful.Thank you Elysium team!

The room could have done with a waste paper bin inside as there was nowhere to dispose of garbage.

The room was cozy and well heated which was great seeing as the weather was still quite cold. All the staff I encountered were so kind and friendly - they even went above and beyond and offered to mail my postcard for me when I discovered the offices were closed on Sunday. The breakfast is plentiful and everything is clean and well maintained. The price point was excellent!

Ventilation noise from ground floor was disturbing. When told, the person at reception just ignored. Often no-one at reception and bell didn't help.

Excellent breakfast at partner 4-star hotel. Room has all necessary facilities for single Traveller.

I would have liked to have a small fridge in the room.

Good location, and public transport. Extremely convenient for the Centre. The staff were super welcoming ,helpful, friendly. The cleaning staff were wonderful & always cleaned up the room perfectly . Real professionals.. Got upgraded to balcony room free of charge. Was modern Tiny room for any comfortable stay. it was fairly well appointed. 5 extra electric sockets free for use. Bed was comfortable. Shower room and toilet was clean . WiFi was fast enough.. Access to Smart TV . TAXI service . Free coffee and tea options in the room. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and delicious. The breakfast team was happy and service orientated. Lot of choices at breakfast for meats and cereals, or baked good, cakes, or eggs and sausages fruits etc . Variety for tea and cafe . Very good with lots of varied choices, continental or local with plenty of bread, and cheeses. You have so many great restaurants and bars and cafes nearby.

The staff were incredibly helpful, from an early check in to printing out an airline document when needed, 24 hour front door/desk, superb breakfast until 11 and check out at 12, I even got upgraded to a room with a balcony (thanks) and it was great to sit outside (next time I will pay a bit extra for the balcony option), also the hotel was quiet, set away from the traffic, small shops around the corner, and handy for the '26 Irish Pub' where we found cheap local beer and great food! .. Well done Elysium ..

Small single room, no shower cabin, just a shower in the bathroom, so you are surrounded by water when trying to get a shower

We were staying at the groundfloor and could not keep the window open at night as people could easily get in. We could hear the alarm in the room next door.

Right in the city centre, breakfast was included and by a hotel next door (huge variety and good quality, they had food for all tastes!), we were happy with the room and bathroom. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Good value for money.
