The staff was very nice and friendly, always available. The hostel so close to Republic square, in a neighborood full of restaurants and pubs.

Note that the parking is on the street, and can be difficult depending on what time of day you arrive. (Late afternoon on a week day was difficult. Mornings were easier.)

Very nice hostel and tours. I came to this one directly from the Envoy Hostel in Tbilisi and it was definitely the best option for exploring Yerevan. I took some of their tours and all were really great. Staff is friendly and helpful with whatever you need. The environment is great and it is very easy to meet other travelers. 100% recommended

Curtains might be a nice addition to the dorm rooms. Perhaps some weekly night activities could be organised on top of the existing tours to encourage a more social atmosphere - the levels of engagement amongst guests is dependent on the guests themselves rather than the hostel’s doing.

Perfectly situated hostel - plenty of nearby bars and restaurants within a few metres, and the main sites are within 5-10 minute walking distance. Reception is open 24/7 and staff are friendly and happy to help! The hostel was very clean and beds were comfortable. The common area was great and I met a lot of other guests and new found friends :)

The facilities could be better mantained.

The envoy is the best hostel to stay in yerevan if you want to explore the country. I was staying in another hostel and I changed, so I can tell from my experience in others. As a solo traveler, you're going to find tons of people to spend time with and, if you want, time for yourself also. The tours they offer from the hostel are super amazing, specially because you get to have lunch in local people's homes, so the experience can't be compared.

Noise outside.

The location was perfect. 10 minutes from Republic Square, 5 minutes from the opera . 5 minutes from the center of the action. Very friendly welcome (even if you arrive/ leave in the middle of the night).

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, close to everything, but yet not noisy. I did the tour to Garni, Gothard, and Lake Sevan which was also great.

Curtains for the dorm beds would be a nice feature for more privacy. It's a good place, but a bit expensive for what you're getting.

A propper backpacker hostel that fits your needs. Nice crowd of guests, good facilities and tons of options for trips and activities. Great staff and perfect location.

The only thing I want to mention are the bed mattresses.

I know it is a hostel with a different price class, staff is excellent, great location, very well equipped common room only the mattress was too hard for me.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are amazing and helped us with all of our questions. We stayed in a private room and the twin room has a small balcony which we loved. They have free coffee/tea facilities and a place to chill downstairs while we wait for our flight. It was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again!

Booking lists an incorrect address for the hostel, so it was a bit hard to find by taxi. The staff socialize with guests on the hostel steps, right outside the window where people are sleeping. Lots of chatter, laughter and music until 4 a.m. There's a surcharge for using a credit card.

Located in the heart of the city, next to bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shopping and anything else your heart desires. The bathrooms are of good size, with lots of hooks for your clothes, and they were cleaned every day. There's a large common area downstairs with a nice kitchen. Comfortable beds with a shelf and a night light.
