We came as a party of five and this hotel was ideal for us. Large rooms, 24-hour service, helpful staff. Issues were resolved quickly. They even lent us a blood pressure monitor when one of us was feeling unwell. Wonderful people! Convenient location. Windows onto a quiet courtyard. We were very pleased!

Ms Ana and Aram were helpful they can speak english and give us some tips where to eat and arrange airport transfer. They also can arrange tours. Location is perfect near to city tour ,walking is fine.

We arrived just before 6am, someone was there to book us in . Superb value for money ,excellent room with balcony 👌 Super market next door, opposite in park, lovely bar and restaurant. Fabulous location, close to everything you will need Highly recommended 👌

The room was nice, clean and large enough. The staff was so friendly and helpful that little problems like an understandable delay in cleaning of the room was negligible. I hope ShahBaz of good luck for Aram, Anna and Vahid and no owl of the bad luck for them 😁

It is near the center, there's a Carrefour next to the the hotel. Big rooms and accommodating staff: Anna and Aram. We are facing the garden so the view is so nice.

I really loved the Family Hotel.everything was great.it was very clean and we had everything we needed.,its like your own home at all.Anna is an amazing woman,she is very helpful ,everything we needed she helped .the location is great as well .its located in the city center opposite of a very beautiful park full of nice restaurants and Metro station and its next to a big supermarket where u can find anything. The hotel also has a restaurant .everything is near the hotel ,many stores,exchanges,restaurants,cafes... 10 mins walk to the Republic Square and 15 mins to the airport by taxi.Thanks for everything, it was better than what I expected!

This is not the fault of the place, but there was a construction nearby disturbing the sleep of those who wake up late :)

The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome. The rooms were spacious (we stayed 2 couples). I would for sure stay there again if I travel to Yerevan.

Too much cigarette smoke in the reception and staircase. That smoke percolates in the room each day. Does not have a hot plate or stove (only has microwave).

Location is superb. Ana is very good support (Aram is kind of rough, but helpful). Facilities are clean. Ana can help in arranging sightseeing tours - you pay a tad more, but worth it. Rooms are clean. On the whole worth the money you pay.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable, perfect terrace, two bathrooms, three couches, with the best possible location in the city. There is a supermarket next door, several good restaurants, 5 minute walk to the Republic Square, 15 minute walk to the Cascade Complex. The hotel offers breakfast, lunch or dinner... Wifi was perfect. It was great accommodation, everyone was absolutely satisfied. Special thanks to the reception, they were both very nice and helped us with everything we needed! It must be a pleasure to have such employees!
