How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

There was no breakfast option. The room was on the ground floor and it was close to a street which was a bit noisy during the night.
Great location - in walking distance to all the major attractions in central Yerevan. Friendly staff willing to help with all that we needed. Spacious room with modern furniture and comfortable bed. Great pool and spa facilities. Great value for money.

Unfortunately the hotel website advertised there was a swimming pool.As we had 2 children we booked on the basis we could use the pool.When we arrived the pool was out of use.If the pool was not available to use the hotel website should have updated their website accordingly.The children were disappointed as we had promised the children there was a swimming pool.Also we feel that as a hotel there should have been an option for breakfast & a restaurant with a bar.
The hotel was very modern,well decorated,very central,Family room was ideal in size for 4 adults & 2 children.The Manager Anush was very pleasant & extremely helpful.

There is nothing to say. Everything was good.
The stuff was nice an friendly, the room was comfortable and had any facilities. When we found out that toilet tank is not filled by water, personal tried to solve this issue and when they find out that thay can't do it fast, they offered us to move to another room.

The hotel well-lit, well designed space at the cross roads of two bustling streets. The staff was welcoming and competent helping us with taxis and other inquiries. Our room was spacious, situated on a corner of the building with beautiful windows to people watch. Most importantly the black out curtains did the job!

No parking space available and you have to literally hunt a spot in the vicinity or if you’re lucky in front of the hotel.
Clean place and centrally located. Few minutes walk to all downtown attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful. We have rented the 3 bedroom apartment for the family, and it is one of the few places in Yerevan offering this type of property at an affordable price.

We were woken up at 3 AM by knocking on the door, windows, calling on a phone from reception, because there were switches for electricity in our room, which they needed to switch on. It was extremely unpleasant. They could have mentioned it on beginning of our stay. All the rooms are on the ground level, therefore do not expect any view. We were fine with it.
Spacious apartment with AC in each room, which was necessary during hot Yerevan summer. Well equipped. Room cleaned each day. Pool in a basement for refresh.

There were some problems with the card terminal to pay for the booking. But it was the bank fault, not the hotel. The ATM is not far from the hotel, so it will take a couple of minutes to get cash.

Sound proofing is bad. As mentioned by other reviews the card machine wasn’t working - so be prepared to pay cash
The hotel is located close to all the main sights. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated.

The window doesn't look on the street but in the corridor, not to much light/privacy because of it. Also it is on the ground floor of a residential building and soundproofing is not excellent, I could hear lots of mechanical noise at night for some reason, but I am a light sleeper.
Staff was very nice and willing to help. Very responsive. The hotel is close to everything, plenty of bars and breakfast place around it.

We tried to call and order food from the menu, but the restaurant said they had their own emu and some items were not available. But it wasn’t a big deal they brought us a new menu and we ordered finger foods.
I liked the front desk lady. She was so amazing. I speak Armenian but she heard my accent and continued to speak English which made me feel more comfortable. She’s so kind and nice.

Location is great in the middle of city everything is close to it. great place for stay. there is also a small pool and sauna and you can use it freely 24/7. Rooms are new and clean. Stuff is helpful and you can ask them anything. If you are travelling with car there isn't closed parking spot but you can park car near hotel you will find the place somewhere close to hotel.
