Excellent stay! And the owner even kindly picked us up at the train station early in the morning. The outdoor dining area was great, we used it to chat to other guests in the evening. Really enjoyed our stay there - thank you!

We stayed one night at and had a delightful experience. Lovely property in a good and quiet location with well-known public viewpoints nearby. The guesthouse was architecturally wonderfully designed with perfect taste. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were beautifully and tastefully decorated, clean, cosy, warm and met our requirements of a home away from home. The beds were comfy, shower room was clean. The kitchen was spacious with everything neccessary, which created homely atmosphere. We were the only guests at that time and the whole house was ours🙂, which was great by the way. Thanks for memorable experience

Fantastic guest house. Our host was really generous and friendly, greeted us with wine and checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. Nice location. Room very comfortable. The shared kitchen was well equipped including a washing machine. Shared, dining and lounge were great and we used these daily. Great value, exceptionally clean everywhere....you can't go wrong here.

The apartment is pretty cozy and perfectly clean! The landlord Hrach is a really nice man, the vibe so lovely ☺️ The room has a very comfortable bed, the toilet and the kitchen are outside, so perfect for the summer season. Highly recommended 👍 մերսի շատ Հրաչ :)

Communication was ease in English and Russian. The owners pay absolute attention to your satisfaction. The garden with a great seating area. Toilet and shower clean. The possibility to wash your things was absolutely great. Kitchen available. Separate entrance. Internet works great. Proximity to the center. Parking in front of the house with camera surveillance. I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The location is perfect, the common areas are super spacious and there is a lot of place to play hide and seek if you are travelling with a child 😂 you can buy some snacks and drinks, everything works on the trust system so you can take whatever you need and leave the money Grach is a very hospitable host, he has a true Armenian soul, I recommend staying here.

the only thing I did not like is that I did not have more time to enjoy this place and the city of Gyumri...

the owner paied attention to every detail when he designed and equipped the rooms and the house, it is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful, cares about guests, and does a good job in keeping the house clean and make you feel like at home, or even better. There is a safe garage for bikes, a large kitchen, a washing machine, and more.

Grach (the owner) is very friendly, hospital and humourous person. The location is very convinient. The room is small but it has everything. The hotel has a kitchen with all the facilities.
