It would be difficult to find the place initially but good that they offer transport at a very reasonable price.

I would like to say thank you to our lovely hosts. The flat was charming with a balcony overlooking the park and we felt at home there. The hosts were very fun and friendly, also giving us some home-cooked food. Thanks again and we would definitely stay with you next time!

Given this was quite expensive would have expected a few more small details hence 1 star less. Would have been good to have tea and coffee in the room, fitted (or overlapped) bedsheet - we always ended up on the mattress in the morning as the mattress cover bedsheet was way too small. The place is not a hotel but more of a homestay which didn’t bother us. But it was quite difficult to find or contact the host when we needed something (e.g. running out of soap after 3 out of 4 days). Host woke us up early to ask for payment in the morning although we were staying there for several other days.

One of the most comfortable beds we’ve had in 6 weeks in the Caucasus. Great facilities cleanliness and comfort overall. 20mins walk to most places in town

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was much bigger than expected. The room have its own microwave, fridge, bathroom, TV, sofa, AC, towels, slippers. Everything was clean. The host is very kind and can speak English. She even allowed us to keep baggage after check-out and before leaving gave us tasty peaches and a bowl of their traditional food made out of dairy products and rice. I highly recommend this accommodation. ☺️

Wonderful hosts! Martin and Anush are friendly, knowledgeable and positive people. Cozy and relaxed atmosphere, great possibility to meet other guests. Martin organised airport transfers and took us for several excellent tours for a very reasonable price. Confortable and fully functional rooms. Quiet and safe neighborhood, and at the same time very close to the center of Yerevan. Great value for money.

We ordered three nights here, but we must spend two nights on nearby hotel (and we must to move here on breakfest), third night was here, we didn't know that before so this was little bit complicated. On Mini-Hotel was some problem with hot water, sometimes it works, sometimes don't

Absolutely nothing

It’s been such a pleasure to stay at Anush’s and her husband, it’s a lovely house in a nice and quiet neighborhood 10 min away from the center. They have been absolutely amazing with me, picking me up at the airport in the middle of the night, cooking delicious breakfasts and giving me many useful advices. I loved my room, everything was comfy and clean and very nicely decorated. I even came back the week after before my departure from Erevan and cannot recommend it enough to anyone traveling there.

The big drawback was the air conditioning. We knew that the apartment only had one unit in the living room and we thought it was ok so long as it could cool the space a bit (we had been in other apartments before with only one ac unit and we were fine), but this unit was too old and didn't cool. We were there in August and it was really hot, couldn't sleep even with the windows opened. If you advertise Air Conditioning, it should really work. TV didn't work property either, but this was a minor issue.

The apartment was like in the photos, comfortable, clean and with a nice terrace. The hosts were very nice and made sure we always had a parking spot.

We were not given the room we booked, with no explanation. The room we booked was renovated and modern in the pictures. But the room we were given was in a basement, old and run down. It was not the same room at all, and was misrepresented to us. The only reason we chose this accomodation was because we liked the room we saw in the pictures. The window of the room only led to the shared living room of the accomodations. It also had an inconvenient layout, which basically required you to climb over the bed to get to the kitchen. The airconditioning was really noisy, and would wake us up in the middle of the night with weird sounds. The last night was particularly bad and we had to get up and unplug the whole airconditioning because we couldn't sleep with the sound. After which the airconditioning started dripping water onto the microwave, that made even more sound, and we had to get up again to put a towel underneath. If you plan to stay here, make sure you will be okay with not getting the room that you reserved. For the price we paid, it was definitely not worth the stay.

Host was very kind, gave us fruits and answered all our questions. Laundry was free. You just have to wash and hang it to dry yourself
