Due to changes in the flight, I arrived early in the morning, but I was checked in at 9 am, although according to the rules they can only check in from 14:00. For which many thanks to the staff.

The street is noisy and the walls are thin. Breakfast is next to your roomdoor, so from 8 am you can hear the noise of the cutleries and other guests. As a non-russianspeaker hard to find the communication channel with many members of the staff - but they are very friendly anyway.

There were issues with heating, it was via conditioner, I couldn't enter it by myself, so asked staff for the help. Second time I turned on heating, but it wasn't still very warm in the room (i turned off conditioner when left the room). Tables for breakfast are located right near rooms' doors on the second floor. So if the hotel was full during my stay, i guess it would be very loud exactly in my room: soundproofing is not perfect.

Brilliant staff! Administrators and the woman who cooked breakfast - all of them were really helpful, polite, friendly, i guess it's the best point in this hotel ☺️ i booked a room ASAP, administrator helped me with everything. Also, when I checked -off, i left my luggage in the hotel till the flight, it's perfect. In addition, location is very comfortable, i could get all main for me places quickly and by feet. Rather tasty breakfast. Big room. It's really small hotel , don't expect something extraordinary:)) I recommend this hotel due to the best staff!

I didn't like the attitude of the manageress and the guy working on 23rd of August in the morning. Their attitude waqs disgusting and upon asking that why they were charging me 10000 AMD more, their answer was we don't care about currency exchange and this is our price. Found very very rude.

I liked the location and the place. I have to mention special thanks to Sona. Marianna and the Russian guy (who brought the cake in the room) for their outstanding customer service. They helped us with birthday cake and also with our sightseeing. I have to mention special thanks to VIKTOR our driver who was marvellous and funny. The best guy in whole Armenia LITERALLY.

The hotel has only three rooms. We had the one on the ground floor and could hear all the noise from the lobby. There were few sockets and in weird places. We had to move a very heavy bed to get to one.

The stuff is great. One of the receptionists was very helpful in choosing what to see and where to go.

Bedding was not changed for the whole stay of 4 days, even after it being requested to be changed. We firstly were told, they change bedding after 3 days. On the 3rd night, complained to front desk - she said “what do you want me to do?” Found this condescending, as obviously had no intention of providing a solution. Asked to speak to the manager, front desk said “he does not understand English”. I said no problem I can use google translate. This is not 3 star standard. Asked for different pillows as they were very uncomfortable and old - told this can’t happen. Bedding did not fit the beds - two singles pushed to make one. Stairs dangerous. Laundry on the expensive side. Feels more like a BnB rather than a hotel. Plugs in strange places

Shower and water pressure was amazing - this was the best thing of the property. Breakfasts were humble - not overly abundant, however the food was simple and delicious Room size was great Beautiful natural light in the room Good location - easily walkable around Front desk staff friendly enough Room smelt beautiful after it being made up
