How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Clean rooms, nice breakfast, convenient location of hotel. Polite and helpful staff, they are ready to assist you to make your stay comfortable. Perfect place for it's price. I definitely will choose this hotel on my next Yerevan visit.

The breackfast starts from 8:30 (was not able to join due the earlear flight in the morning)
Clean, quite easy to reach from Airport. Very friendly staff. Excellent value for the money.

There was some noise during the night which was not pleasant, the breakfast is served only from 8:30am onwards and no arrangements is possible to have it beforehand. A bit far from the city centre.
Modern infrastructure, very clean rooms and bathroom, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi working well.

The breakfast could be better and the location is not the best, though taxi is very cheap

Good buffet style breakfast, comfy large room, with small fridge. Location is not near metro but taxis are cheap and it's closer to airport.

Whilst there is a breakfast which is quite good, the only coffee is freeze-dried instant which is not in keeping with the cost of the room. Further to this, it's a taxi ride to any kind of food or general refreshments.
The room was very comfortable, clean and a good size. The breakfast was a buffet-style with a decent variety of options to choose from. Both the hotel and the area were quiet during our stay and the room provided a good place to work from.

Washroom was clean.but water clogging is thr.need to do some maitenence.all other is ok.no any issue.

Rooms are spacious, bathroom is large and clean. Although it's not very close to the city center and even to the subway (I used electric-scooter to get to the subway or taxi), I will stay there again. Rooms with road view are noisy. Better ask for "backyard" view there is a spacious parking with one-two cars).

Very large comfortable and quiet room. Perfect spacious shower. Great breakfast with different hot dishes each day. Helpful, friendly staff. Easy bus transport to centre and shops nearby. My second visit.

The hotel is next to a major road and it is a bit noisy, even at night.
I liked the most that they were able to check me in late after midnight. I enjoyed the breakfast, there was a nice selection of food. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

At the time of my stay I got sick badly. Hotel staff girl working at reception cooperate me a lot. Bring fruits for me in my room. Extend my stay I am thankful to them.

On the first day, wifi was poor looks like because of street protests. On all other days, connectivity became good

Exceptionally good hotel. Allowed to check-in early and offered choice of rooms which are very spacious. Lockable cupboards for baggage and bowl of fruit provided. Staff very helpful? Get bus 30/ 35 or marshrutka 26 to centre. Shops nearby.

unfortunately the hotel is far away from city center and you need to get a taxi whenever you want to go sightseeing
