I don't like to use internet But need to No breakfast although it was written it's with breakfast..but anyway I am vegan & have allergy to gluten but wishes at least to find juice Smell in the toilet probably there was a problem with the pipes Good for dancing thank you great space Lovely lady Maybe just to much for her all Thankful she booked me a yandex because it's not working on my tel. It's ok It's human the change wasn't accurate..I couldn't say anything anymore..i .. ask many times I am huge minimalist I usually live in the forest but needed to say this Would be helpful for some beings if there would be cutlery in the kitchen spoon knife plates bowl,sin The day before I asked if someone would order me a yandex I was asked where I am and later got a message on telegram But than I tried to call fifty times but noone answered Thank you all very kind just needs some better organisation and I wish I could get some 🪙backed. Unfortunately a bit unorganised sadly I wanted to give the best review because i don't like to give up bad review because I don't want they would have less customers But I was crying the whole evening Because I have a speech - handicap & sighthandicap paralysis U can not stand in the shower only sit THE ROOM I BOOKED SAID IT'S WITH BATHTUB AND I ASKED DURING CHECKIN A FEW TIMES THAN BECAUSE OF THROAT - PARALYSIS I COULDN'T ASK ANYMORE I WANTED TO BE LONG IN THE BATHTUB THAT IS THE REASON WHY I BOOKED THIS ROOM I HAVE VERY LITTLE MONEY PER MONTH. BECAUSE IT WOULD TAKE ME TO MUCH ENERGY TO WRITE AGAIN A MESSAGE BECAUSE OF THAT I NEEDED TO ACCEPT I WAS BREAKING DOWN ON THE STREET BECAUSE OF MY BACK AND THE ONLY THING I NEEDED IS A BATHTUB AND WHILE I AM WRITING IT I CAN JUST CRY I DON'T NEED A KITCHEN EVEN ONLY A BATHTUB I GOT CONFIRMED AT THE BEGINNING ALREADY I WOULD GET ONE 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 IT IS WRITTEN ON THE BOOKING AND I GOT AN EXTRA CONFIRMATION THE WALL OF THE ROOM COULD BE REPAIRED. It is hard for me to walk all the stairs.. .. 😭😭😭😭😭 2 times is ok but not more just to ask if the wifi is working and finally why there is no bathtub although it's written on booking .. The lady was kind but overwhelmed.. I don't know.. She even showed me the wifi - password upstairs and said it wouldn't work.. That is very sad I just rented the room because of the bathtub.

Hotel address is incorrect. We were given apartment with 2 rooms that had 10 beds, such a large room gave a very uncomfortable/spooky feeling. The room walls had plaster coming off and curtain rods were broken. Overall the apartment was not maintained well. The bathroom fixtures were old. Bathtub was cracked. No toilet paper. Breakfast was arranged in different hotel.

The staff agreed to move us to another hotel (although the other hotel was not good either).

When we arrived, they offered us a large 2-room room, which was unbearably bad, with old repairs and old furniture. We wanted to cancel the reservation but they offered us another room which was bigger, nicer and more comfortable. The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was very nice. We thank the staff for their kindness and understanding.

There are no pavements in the nearby narrow streets, so feels like cars are driving into your back. Though 3 minutes walk can take you to N32 bus-stop and 10 minutes ride in both directions can take you to busy shopping & business areas.

Good level of privacy, it's a boutique hotel of 4 floors without a lift, more like an apart-hotel or property rental, as most rooms are equipped with kitchen space and washing machine. Best thing about hotel are balconies on each floor with panoramic views at sunset and outdoor sitting areas on both sides with a fire-place you can use for bbq. Spacious rooms, high ceilings, quality windows and good insulation. Central heating & A/C. Was very warm in cold winter nights. Strong walls and good soundproofing. The owner's family also stays at the hotel, so good level of supervision. The staff has the humility and hands-on approach to please all guests' needs. Much appreciated. If language is a barrier, you just whatsapp them or translate into Armenian by google and they will help you.
