I had an incredible time with my husband. The property is situated in a very picturesque location. The view from the room overlooking the canyon was breathtaking. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included in the stay, along with some treatments. The food was delicious, catering to everyone's taste. I also treated myself to a full-body massage, and I felt rejuvenated afterward. The hotel boasts an impressive gym and a lovely pool with a canyon view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

First, the pool was off on Monday! and I wanted to start for 2 days so I lost a day, they said because they wanna clean it( they can do it at night or warn before buying) Second: who eats dinner at 6 pm?? awful timings I think it's because they don't want to spend more money on staff! third: bar staff was so rude, we ordered but he ignored so he can play with his friends, and stood up there so we leave soon! :|

The only thing I would like to highlight is the food for picky eaters! As a picky eater I didn't have much choice as almost all the meals offered either had onions or were served along with sauces that I couldn't take. And the hotel room had a strange smell, maybe the previous guys had been smoking in the room. Other than that, all good!

The staff was incredibly polite and nice! And the hotel was super clean which is a green flag for me! Although it would be nice to have a few more spa procedures included such as masssage etc, I loved everything they offered! Especially the treatments in the physiotherapy room were amazing! Hats off to Ani for bein a real professional! The gym inside the hotel was very well-equipped, and the trainer was very attentive to make sure you're doing everything correctly! I appreciate how kind and helpful Tatev from the reception was! Amazing service from everyone!

Awesome place, professional staff, delicious cuisine. Plenty of possibilities to relax and a wide range of medical procedures included. Extremely professional massage therapists. The city itself is a gem of Armenia, there are natural mineral water springs, wonderful waterfall and perfect weather in summer (the city is located on a high ground, so it's not boiling there in summer like in the most part of Armenia)

This was our first visit to Jermuk. The hotel is modern, stylish, tasteful design. The hotel staff is very friendly, high quality service, tasty homemade food. The view from our room was fantastic! If you book the room with balcony you will not regret! The procedures in the health center were good.

Food is oftenly oversalted, which is typical for Armenia, and the choice is boring.

I think if the cost for the stay was more affordable, the hotel would be busier. People of Armenia have low salaries and can not afford to stay in your hotel for a long time.

There was no ability to control temperature in the room. The food was very good, but was expecting more diet-friendly options.

Very modern treatment facilities, fantastic views, infinity pool. Rooms were comfortable, as were beds. The staff was generally very friendly and helpful

Food is not good in terms of variety and mostly Russian oriented but I will still give 10 stars as the hotel is really value for money and I will come again for sure

The food seemed to be adapted to the Russian palet, at least that’s how it felt to me but I could be wrong. Yes the town was full of Russian tourists even during low season, it was very pleasant

Once in a lifetime experience, specially for a westerner. We were teleported into Soviet era sanitarium experience but with absolutely modern and luxurious facilities. The whole experience was pleasantly absurd, if that makes sense.

I really like everything there. The staff was excellent!!! The price includes 3-time meals, a pool, a jacuzzi, a consultation with a doctor, and some free procedures like a mineral bath, stone therapy, oxygen cocktail, etc. I am already planning my next trip there!
