It would be nice to have extra hook inside the shower/to hang a hook on the shower door for a towel. Towels are middle in sizes.

Staff was really nice! Place is really clean and not noisy, for hostel it is greater than you can imagine. Great view to Ararat from the balcony. Beds are good. They have cozy places to eat inside and outside, work, wi-fi. To separate showers and basins is great decision! Toilets are individual.

Ideally I've love for the balconies to not be a smoking space so the rooms didn't smell slightly of cigarettes.

Exceptional breakfast but on the pricier side around 4000 AMD. I paid for the dorm room at 4200 AMD and the rooms, the ambiance, the space in general are the best value that you will get for your entire trip in Armenia. This was true for me I every time I returned to Yerevan I stayed here. The location isn't exactly city centre but this part of the appeal and it's a little quieter. If you're hoping to get into the city, the train station is very close and the airport express bus stop is nearby. Beds and pillows here are the best I've experienced in Armenia and I slept like a baby.

It isn't the hotel's fault, really, but the roommates were not respecting the evening silence. During my stay, I don't think I had one really good night's sleep. They were talking on the phone, and for some of them, it felt like they were actually living there. What the hotel could do is to be stricter with enforcing such rules, maybe put up rules on the door, etc.

Everything looks clean and new, beds are comfortable and I appreciate that there were curtains. Also you get a lock for the locker. The staff were very nice and arranged a taxi to the airport for me. All in all, amazing value for money!

It's a really nice hotel, totally recomendable to whoever wants to stay nearby. We stayed there for two nights and both the staff and the place were wonderful. The breakfast is extremely good, the rooms are very clean, and even the beds are pretty comfortable. The balcony was nice, big, and with nice views to the mountain. The bathroom is super good and the room temperature was ideal. Moreover, the hotel is situated pretty close to the city center.

The working desk in the room is too low and the chair that is too high, with virtually no gap for the legs to fit under the table. Makes it hard to sit

It was my second time at Andor and I believe this concludes my score. Everything is beyond expectations, from cleanliness to staff, cheers to Harut, the best receptionist. Probably the best hotel/hostel in Erevan at this price range.

My room was in the 4 floor and there was no elevator, but I could leave my big suitcase in the locked room downstairs.

It is located very near the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can ask the anything. All the equipment is new and well maintained. They have everything for the comfort staying there.

My freind and i spent 7 days in the hotel in Februaury 2024. The Hotel is really cozy, comfortable and offers a tasty food. The rooms are simply very nice and you have all what you will need. The hotel ist not so far from citycenter. There are busses and a metro station nearby if you dont want to walk to city center. The reception was really helpful specially Harut. Harut is really freindly. He answered all our questions calmly und gave us alot of great tipps for the tours we wanted to do. He is always smiling and has a really cheerful spirit. He was really very friendly to all the guests. I higlhly recommend the hotel if you are searching for a cozy , clean and affrodable hotel in Yerevan.

All is okay, except they put me in the last floor of dormitory which is too far to going up and down. It make my legs more stronger 😀.

There is garden . Ambience is so inviting. The staffs are kind, attentive, helpful, and approachable. Special mention to NARIK who help me booked my taxi going to airport and carry my luggage and lastly to the receptionist who printed my important document. Thank you so much . It such a wonderful experienced and for sure if I travel again in Armenia i will stay here. #ANDORHOTEL

We really missed some bedside or table lamp, also cleaning is only done if you ask, otherwise even the trash won't be thrown out

Nice hotel, friendly staff, always ready to help, VERY GOOD breakfast, really good! Room was comfortable. Location is OK, close to the city center, but not so many cafes/restaurants within walking distance. In general - I would recommend this place to stay.
