Excellent service with a very friendly atmosphere. We like very much the concept of the hotel: common space, nice private garden and access to all necessary facilities 24/24. We can highly recommend Andor hotel and would be glad to stay next time there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andor Hotel during my trip to Armenia and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is perfect, situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance to major attractions and transportation. The rooms are tastefully decorated and offer all the necessary amenities such as comfortable bedding and fast Wi-Fi. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay. One of the highlights of our stay at Andor Hotel was the delicious food served. In general, there is no lift in case guests have heavy luggage An extra dustbin needed in the room to throw some thrash These weren't our problems, but just for the knowledge of others.

Loved the entire property. The staff at the reception welcomed us and guided us through the stay. Place was comfy with the twin bed booked. Breakfast was brilliant. They have a change in breakfast every day, which is a very good thing. The garden area is very pretty. They have a work space area too. You can use their kitchen and tea, coffee and water can be used any time of the day

It was a little hot in the room because of the active heating, although it's warm outside.

Lovely outside area, including different terrasse types. Stylish minimalistic interior, everything is new, clean, staff is super friendly, suit for 3 people is very nice and spacious enough. We regret that we did not try the legendary breakfast.

you set a too high bar for other hotels in Armenia..

At first we stayed in Andor in march 2022. We got to know a lot of guys here, worked together in the kitchen and ordered food together. This year we found out there is a new co-working zone and menu with lunch let alone the breakfasts are fantastic 🫶 Thank you for an immediate response to the travelers needs and hospitality!

Sockets are only European, bunk bed side lamps missing, would be nice to have a little shelf with a space for charging items and a book, on the wall inside the bunk bed. I appreciate that staff is always greeting in-house guests, but my opinion is they should greet in native language, regardless of any guest they see. Thank you again!

the only little negative thing I noticed is that the glass doors in the shower cabins aren't perfect - some water gets on the floor outside the cabin
