The only minus was the staircase in front of the hotel /if you have heavy luggage/, but there is always the option some kind Armenian guy to help

The hotel is small with 4 rooms in top center of the town.The owner is very kind and helpful like all Armenians in Yerevan.The property is well maintained and very clean. I read from previous reviews that guests are complaining that it is a little bit noisy. In fact the place turned out to be quiet with very comfortable beds.In addition: you have a bakery just next to the hotel with the most delicious Gata in the town; you have a print studio AG just across the street to print your boarding cards; you are 15min.walk from the office of Hyur for the tours in Armenia; you are a 5min walk from the most visited restaurants in Yerevan; you have a place where to store your luggage/on the last day/ even the hotel is small.I truly recommend the stay at Lattore.

We liked everything!

The location was very good and in a quiet area and was near to shops/cafes and supermarket. Every day the rooms were clean and they change the towels, the bed was comfortable and there was coffee and tea in the room to make.

The property was right in the center easy access to everything and to walk around to all monuments and access points for our tour guides. The host was very friendly he was very accomodating with everything we needed. Definitely stay here its an amazing hotel.

We couldn't enter the room straight away when we arrived because some repair was taking place. We went for a walk around the area in the meantime, in about an hour we were able to get our room. It would be nice to have some kind of locker or place to leave the luggage after check.

Very good location. In the center of Yerevan, but in a quiet spot. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Has all the basics needed. There is a bakery just below and a supermarket around the corner.

It wasn't an issue for me as I stayed for two nights. However, for those who have a trolley or big baggage, there is a high staircase at the entrance, and you will need to manage taking it up yourself.

Contactless registration, the owner sent all details in advance and remained available for all questions.

Nothing really.

I booked the room on short notice and the owner greeted me immedietly. I travel to Armenia for work (journalism) a few times a year, and have honestly difficulties finding a place that I'm fully happy with. This time I seem to have found it. The hotel is located in center and the rooms have balconies. The beds are very comfortable and the whole place is very clean. Very good!

Soundproofing needs an improvement, you hear every little sound from the main corridor and adjacent room. For us it wasn't a problem but for light sleepers it can be significant.

Amazing location in the center of the city, easy access to the restaurants, cafes, groceries and central sights. Has a nice little balcony. Furniture is new and good quality. Owner of the property was helpful and responsive.

Very good! Center of city, all u need is around -supermarket 24 h at the corner, Very pleasant , welcoming stuff ! I arrived late, but owner was 24 h online, telling how to get in. Very nice rooms, some of them with balcony. Pleasant to stay 👌

The room is not isolated, you can clearly ear everything from the other guests room and outside. Even from the corridor that every guest has to go through to reach the upper level. Late at night, early in the morning, everything. Fridge really noisy better to keep it off. Couldn't pay by card because the machine was not working.

The location Is perfect, right in the city center and, really easy to find. Room and bathroom were clean and as per photo on the website.

While the property is very well located and very clean, we didn’t appreciate that they mentioned that there would be 24/7 reception but in fact there was no one available at the property at all (it’s a self check-in and self check-out). We have applied the filters on booking.com and have chosen this place specifically for the 24/7 reception. This was a burden since the owner wanted us to pay in cash but there was literally no one around and he would randomly message us while we are already out in the city. Besides that, this is a great place to stay in Yerevan.
