We truly liked the authentic style of the building and the unique location right next to the lake. The staff was super friendly and supportive. Breakfast was plentyful and delicious. We chose to have dinner at the attached restaurant, which was super amazing. 😍

We could easily have put two adults, one teen and a baby in one room, but were obliged to take a second room, doubling the cost. Lake was easily accessible, but without a car there is nothing else to see or do in the area with the exception of a short walk along the busy highway to the nearest restaurant.

The room had a great view of Lake Sevan. One large room with space for three or four adults to sleep in one room. Adequate sitting area and nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast on offer. Pretty good overall.

Very cozy beautiful hotel at the Sevan lake. The hotel has a beach directly at the lake. Breakfasts are included with good choice of vegetables, cheeses and jams. The hotel is located remotely, however Sevan town is reachable with the taxi (15 minutes/1000 drams by taxi).

There is no bidet, the room heater is not giving enough heat specially at night, and the number by the reception window is not working on WhatsApp so it’s a bit hard to ask the property about our inquiries.

The room was lacking some necessary items like a wardrobe, wooden hooks are available to hang your clothes though. There was no toothpaste and shower gel in the bathroom kit.

If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay, far from the crowd and main highway in Sevan with Lake Sevan view, Lavash Hotel would be the right choice for you. The hotel is beautifully constructed and I loved the place very much. Wonderful views of the lake as it is just next to the Sevan Lake, sufficient place to walk, take beautiful photos and private beach. The hotel has a restaurant with lake view to enjoy delicious food. The menu is not very big and diverse. The rooms were spacious, warm and cozy, with a small porch in the front. A small table(can be used to play cards or eat), wooden sofa with cushion (with good area) and mini refrigerator were also available in the room.

Absolutely nothing.

Lovely place directly on the lake. Exceptional breakfast with good variety of foods. Lots of beautiful friendly dogos and cats. Little paradise. I wish I can come back there soon.

Lots of cats that manage easily to get to the dining / breakfast area.

We liked the setting and the breakfast (one of the best we had in Armenia!). We also slept well. And we liked the view on the lake!

The rooms were cold in end of September and the radiators were not on. There were no wardrobes or shelves in rooms so nowhere to put the clothes apart from on the sofa or one railing with a single hanger. Shower took some time to heat up but understandable as the location is remote.

Very big rooms, all on the side of the lake with private beach. On-site restaurant was tasty and good price and breakfast has a great selection too.

It’s just off the main highway, so traffic noise spoils the otherwise tranquil setting.

By lakeside, great view of bird life, dogs, cats and the lake. Food, especially breakfast, was excellent. Friendly staff. Good value. Easy parking.

The food at the restaurant is slightly overprice and would recommend trying other local restaurants.

The position of the property is stunning! Right on the lake and with a little beach area perfect to spend the day relaxing. It’s also close (20min by car) to the Sevan Writers’ House and Sevanavank Monastery.

The pillows weren't very comfortable

The views of the lake are amazing. Being able to see it from the room and having it at your doorstep really made it that extra special.
