Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I like the hotel. It is a one floor hotel and near to restaurants, coffee shops, and walking distance to Republic Square. It is new, very clean and quiet. We feel like we are the only guests in the hotel.

IrelandSound proofing could be improved - I could hear all noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway. It didn't really brother me but for a light sleeper could be a problem
The hotel is perfectly located - all touristic sights are close and can be reached by foot. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a/c, kettle and fridge. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Russia1. Poor internet connection. No chances using it for work and video calls. 2. Thin walls. Didn’t bother us but if you are sensitive in your sleep it might be a problem. :) We heard a neighbour snoring.
New, clean, good location — a couple of crossroads from the walking street. Nice and helping personnel. :) The building could be hard to find — you need to turn to the small road and pass a children playground.

GeorgiaThe location is great, it's very close to the Republic Square, the Northern Avenue and it has some very nice cafés and restaurants around. We never had to order a taxi or use public transport, it has a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

Location- walking distance to republic square, churches, restaurants and it’s very safe. Homey type. Rooms - Clean, spacious and with a value of money. Breakfast - Tasty Staff - All are hands on and pleasant to deal with. They all went above and beyond in everything that you need. Mane, Mariam, Natalya and special mention to Gohar who arrange our last tour to winery called Tushpa. It was a great tour with a great wines and cheese. Also, when I needed a safety pin they even have it. The staff does not say no to all your request. As a hospitality person myself the service is above and beyond. Thank you Mandarin Hotel I will surely recommend to my friends and hopefully will be back.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice and tried to help if anything. Room was big and pretty bright, with a comfortable bed. Location is also great. In the city centre near all main attractions.

SpainIt's illegal to take, to use the name of any luxury hotel/ brand and not to be a representative of that company. So the client expect one thing and get another. I made reservation via booking and I had to pay 447€ but they changed the course and in the end I paid 550. So they have to regulate that staff. It's almost 1/6 part extra. Cleaning service: they blame on you if your room is dirty and mention that all the time. They don't put shampoo, toilet paper, etc if you don't ask
