The bathroom, there is no divider between the toilet and bath. It's inconvenient for the people to take a shower inside. It's makes the toilet always wet when the people take a shower.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Staying here will make you feel like at home. The cozy room is clean and makes me stay comfortable all the time. Breakfast is well prepared.

Our two-day stay at this hotel was truly excellent. First of all, the hotel owner was extremely hospitable and kind, and the staff members were incredibly respectful. The room we stayed in was very clean, and the hotel's blankets, pillows, and amenities were so clean that we didn't even need to take out our own travel blankets from our suitcases. The bathroom and toilet were also clean, and the hot water for the shower was great. One of the best features of this hotel was its delicious breakfasts, which were served buffet-style from 9 am to 11:30 am every day. There was a wide variety of breakfast options. Additionally, the internet was available on all floors and also in the hotel's courtyard, which was a great place to spend the afternoons. There was a TV in the room, and I didn't miss any matches of my favorite football team during this trip. The hotel's close proximity to the U.S. Embassy (a 15-minute walk) and the city center (a 20-minute walk) meant that I didn't need to take a taxi during my stay in Yerevan, saving me money as well.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The owner and staff are very kind and hospitable. We had all the necessary facilities and we faced no problems during our stay. For Iranians, the hotel is closed to the US embassy. You can go to the embassy by a 10-min walk. You can go to the city centre by a 20-min walk There is a 24 hour supermarket, bakery.and also bus station nearby. I highly recommend this place.

- The toilet in the bathroom was a bit strange. It was not fixed on the ground and was slightly moveable.

- They had a nice garden. - I stayed there in the middle of the summer. My room had an aircon which worked very well. A working aircon is essential when it is hot outside.

The staff very hospitable and friendly. And the location was great, the bus stop is really close to the hotel and public transport is really comfortable and affordable. You can reach your desired destinations in Yerevan very fast. The distance to the USA embassy, supermarket, bakery and Kilikia bus stop was really short.

Everyday room cleaning Our room had not get cleared for 5 days of our stay with the hotel staff. I think staff must consider this. Also the lightening of room was terrible. They should change lamp lights.

If you don't want to expend lots of money, i strongly suggest this hotel, it is not luxurious but it has a cozy atmosphere. We got a really good vibe from the staff. You can get to the Center by 20 minutes walking.
