We needed some more electricity sockets.

We arrived at 04.00 am (with delay) and the hotel had arranged the taxi. 24 hour reception with WhatsApp contact available. All employees were super polite and helpful. The room was LARGE with 2 double beds and for our family of 3 extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good enough as well. Location couldn’t be better. All in all perfect hotel for a short getaway in Yerevan!

AC system not working, I assume cause its low season, and bf timing starting at 8, which was not convenient for us since we were having excursions in morning so we were in rush. But this didn't ruin impression of my stay due to hospitality of employees.

Cleanliness, service provided by team, prearrival communication. Front desk are going above and beyond. Johannes, Ana, Rozana and girl who has long hair- not sure what was her name but she was working evening shift on our last day. All of them were expressing hospitality everytime they see us, especially the last person I mentioned. Location is good, close to republic Square. Breakfast amazing, super tasty.

Overall the place is okay but it was a little bit far to Cascades of you're going to walk, but if Taxi or car it was only 5 minutes away maximum. The place is exceptional.

The place was amazing most especially the rooms as it was so spacious and clean. The staff most of all the receptionist were all warm and friendly and they always accommodate our request. Big thanks to the General Manager who personally welcome us and even extended our check out time. Must visit.

The location was great, very close walk to most attractions. The hotel was clean. Room was huge, and very accommodating. Beds can be higher, but that’s just personal preference. Wifi is good, sometimes it cuts but just for couple of seconds.

The room size was amazing. The best part of the stay was amazing hospitality and an outstanding support extended by Mr Hovhannes, the GM of this hotel. He ensured we got the best room and also helped us to get a great tour guide at a minimal price.

The Moscow House is a perfect place to stay - clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, as well as a particularly friendly, competent and responsive personnel - at the reception desk, at the security and at the restaurant/cafe - it all gives a reason to strongly recommend this place. A guarded parking lot is at the guests' disposal free of charge.

You can walk to republic square, the Carrefour, bakeries, souvenir shops, shopping streets from the hotel. Rooms are spacious, and there's a huge walk-in closet. Bathrooms are huge. I stayed in a double king room and it was the size of a huge living room. Staff at the hotel are awesome, Mr. Johansson at the front desk is very kind and helpful, he regularly checks on us and he always has a smile when we ask him anything. I wish every hotel had someone like Mr. Johansson who's always there to help.
