Super hotel, very well located, 15 minutes walk to the center. All facilities close-by, parking in front of the hotel. The rooms were amazing, comfy bed, sitting area, spotless clean bathroom, heating and air-condition The breakfast was also superb and changing every day. Thanks to Arpine who was a big help in everything we needed and also a very good reason why to recommend this hotel. 10 from 10

I can't think of anything, only some things I wished I'd asked in advance, such as how much typically for a taxi from the airport (around 1,400 Armenian drams)

Nork Hotel is a gem. I was made to feel very welcome and Arpine is so kind and helpful. I was offered a room change and enjoyed my stay even more. The hotel is well located for the centre of Yerevan, and all the staff had good advice about what to see and where to eat. I think Nork Hotel is just perfect for a stay in Yerevan, and I hope to be back.

This is an owner operated hotel and she is focused on customer service . The rooms are very clean and very nicely decorated. Breakfasts are different each morning and has a homemade touch.

Honestly I got played several times with hotels in Yerevan. Booking cancellations, bait and switch and all sorts of other nonsense. But finally, I found a good one. The owner here – and the employees – are friendly and generally very helpful. It's a small place and the rooms were perfectly nice. There's a bar as well. It's a bit up a hill but honestly it's five minutes in a cab down to the center of things (which cost next to nothing), so that wasn't an issue.

Before getting to the hotel, Ms Arpine got in touch with us and checked in on us at what time we were coming. The staff here are friendly and they didn't insist on us paying on entering. The Rooms are a good size, super clean and the bed is comfy. The Toilet has a bidet, too. They have all the facilities available. Breakfast was simple. We were here for a night, but we definitely would recommend this place to any one.

The hotel is extremely cozy and hospitable . When I booked, I wrote "nice view would be appreciated", but I couldn't believe we've got much better delux room!! There was a panoramic view on the city for all the wall, and we enjoyed it instead of  TV, sitting in comfortable armchairs :) The interior is really pleasant. The breakfast was tasty and nicely served (not buffet). We had all we needed in the room, including kettle, cups, hairdryer, slippers, shampoo,  tea table. There was a small supermarket near the hotel. Everybody in the hotel was sincere, friendly and ready to help. It takes ~30min to go to the center, but its better to take a taxi to come back, because we needed to go up to very steep hill. Anyway taxi on Yerevan had really low price of 2-3 eur!!!
