some of the facilities were not available during our stay like the boats but it was not a big deal.

we enjoyed our stay here. the staff were nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the view was amazing. breakfast was good as well.

Best service and best resort with amazing views and private access to Lake Sevan. Resort is huge, and the lady in reception was very helpful . They even upgraded our cottages to the best one available. They also arranged a heater to prepare food for our infant. Really impressed. Will recommend to all and stay again if visiting Armenia.

TV was not working (needs an upgrade to have applications such as YT, Netflix) so if u plan to spend a night in the room better be prepared. Breakfast was limited in terms of beverages (no coffee, only juice). No microwave that could be useful for longer stays.

Pool on the small side, gets a bit crowded. Breakfast and dinner were ok, a bit on the basic side in comparison to resorts in e.g. Greece.

Nice resort, good access to the lake with a larger main beach and a couple of smaller patches. Clean, renovated bungalows. Heated pool, covered parking under a very impressive solar panel structure.

There is no lifeguards at the beach and pool. Pool heating should be higher especially on windy and cold days. Sauna is not for free which i found weird in a resort as such a facility shouldnt be charged on this kind of hotels. Food at the main restaurant which was coming with my half board booking is not tasty at all . My family barely ate some fruits. I advise to bring a Mosquito And Fly Killer liquid devices that can be pluged on the electic sockets to solve the insects issues i faced in my last stay night as there was no wind.

The bungalow is stunning with a great view on the lake. The furniture is totally new and comfy while the design of the bungalow is perfect. There are several beaches and fireplaces to use. Facilities in general especially for kids are great to keep them busy all the day.

We were in the two-story house. It was new, modern, clean and comfortable. It was right on the water’s edge with a spectacular view. Kids were able to swim in the heated swimming pool.

Sauna was paid unlike we are used to in UAE. Toilet is little tight and no Bidet.

Direct access to the lake from the cottage. Staff were helpful and always eager that we are having a nice time. One staff went out of her way to ensure we eat properly as we have controlled diet.

I know this is part of being in nature, but there were a LOT of mosquitos. The insects would swarm and made it impossible to sit outside, especially before sunset. The food in the buffet that was included as part of our booking was ok, not great.

We booked a cottage and a bungalow (the triangular roofs). The bungalow was very modern, beautifully decorated and had a nice balcony on the lake.
