Rooms are not locked. There is one toilet/bathroom in the room. No other toilets in the common area so sometimes I had to wait. One guy was sleeping in the common area where we supposed to eat so I felt bad every time when I came to make coffee in the morning and I woke him up. Breakfast is egg, buckwheat and coffee. It was difficult to find the property. Google maps showed me the wrong direction. It would be nice in the property would send the directions with the map after the booking There is a kitchen and washing machine. Room is spacious clean

Not knowing Russian/Armenian was difficult sometimes for communication. Get a good translation app so you can understand what they are saying to you or about you:))

Wow this is a fantastic place to stay. I was greeted by Sergay who was always so kind and helpful! They give you a great breakfast made by Nelly who is the sweetest person. A clean hotel and sleeping space is very important for me and this place gets 5 stars for everything being super clean. Quiet sleeping area- no noise from outside Good location near to Republic square. They have laundry facilities to use and laundry racks to hang clothes- very generous and smart for travelers Guests were great- nice and respectful. I highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Yerevan!

I can’t think of anything

The hostel is a wonderful place to relax after long walks in Yerevan The best in the hostel is staff. The lady makes super delicious breakfast. Everyone is friendly, helpful and welcoming.I was there in October but I think in summer the pool works and must more vibrant for young people. Location isn’t central but you can easily reach city centre by foot. I had perfect stay and highly recommend the hotel

I arrived in the evening, and I only stayed one night so I can't exactly be a fair judge of things. This is a budget place, maybe the cheapest that can be found in Yerevan. Location is not so central, but it is in the price. It even has breakfast, which was surprising to me in the morning, cause I kinda forgot that it was stated on my booking. Since its a budget place you can expect anything in men's dormitory, bathroom was unusually big, maybe even too big for use in a dormitory, but that is not all the unusual here. This place in the summer has a pool and outside bar, but I was here in autumn, so... Well, all the best.

Every so often a hostel just gets everything right and ticks every single box, that was Puzzle Space for me. If you stay in Yerevan at a hostel, you would miss out bigtime by not staying here! The owners have taken so much effort and care with this place and it shows. For the excellent price you pay compared to what you get at other places, this one is a lucky find. The location - Its an easy 10 mins walk from the centre of everything and there are excellent shops and bakeries very close by for any supplies you might want. You can also order very good food and drink in the hostel specially excellent wine! Its also on a nice quiet street so city noise is not be a problem. It has a pool and this is a pretty amazing factor for a city centre hostel to have and its like a little oasis there. Such a good thing to have after a busy day being a tourist. I enjoyed a swim everyday. With the beanbag seats and sunbeds, and the ambient lights that come on at night, if you dont want to be out and about, enjoy a very nice evening there. Each room has a big bathroom with and shower which were always nice and clean and in any case there are extra facilities down at the pool so you never have to worry about any queues for the bathroom or a shower. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and you have a charging point for your gadgets, i slept great every night. The owners and staff were so welcoming and friendly and really try make your stay as nice as possible and i really appreciated all they did. The other guests were also all very cool, theres a really great vibe in this place, you'll be sorry to leave it!

1. Even though we booked 2 beds in a shared dorm they put us into different rooms ( girls and boys seperate). 2. One night we were coming back after midnight and they asked me to change rooms. It looked like they had decided to make the dorm I was staying at as girls dorm and so I (a guy ) had to move with my stuff after midnight to another room. Even though there was plenty of space in the first room. Quite inconvenient. So it looks like they doesn't really have "shared dorm" option as stated on Booking.com.

A modern place with dorm rooms through 3 floors. Each room has a big bathroom with shower. Clean and good wifi. It is possible to use the sitting area downstairs for working if you like. Also there is a swimming pool with chilling areas which felt like a gift from heaven during hot summer months in Yerevan.

i cant tell that this hostel's atmosphere and helpful staff made my stay excellent ,really had a good experience here ,as this hostel have pool i really enjoyed swimm in hot weather and good music ,it will be my selection fory next trip ,i extremly recommend this hostel to others ,cheers

There was sometimes noice from the building they are building next door, but if you are inside you won’t heart it. And the cleaning can be improved.

Nice hostel close to the center of Yerevan with bathrooms and AC in every dorm, pool to relax and chill at and a pool bar. The guy that owns it was super nice and cool, he let us not only leave the bags after check out but we could also use the pool and the rest of the facilities if we wanted. Definitely booking the same place when I return to Yerevan.

Nothing bad on this place just be carefull Google will send you to the back door close kinder garden!! You must to go out on the main street, then second street on your left to reach the main entrance.

Perfect place to stay if your are looking for a good quality price. Nice staff, nice swimming pool area to chill, very spacious rooms with terrasse and good wifi. 15mn walking to center city.

You can’t eat in your room. The cleaning lady nags and nags and nags.

I should mention the entrance since it’s the first thing you see. There are 2 doors to the hostel, if you arrive at the front door (90/10 Charents st.)you’re ok. There is a sign and the street is fine. But if you arrive at the back door (90/7 Charents st. - where you’ll get if you just search “Puzzle Space” on google map) since it’s just a door in a little alley you might doubt if you want to go in. But DO go in. The inside is beautiful, clean and kinda elegant. Even maybe too luxurious for a hostel. There is a bar when you get in, shower and dressing room by the swimming pool and place to get tanned. Beautiful outdoor space for nice photos. Then there is the cafe, the lady there makes unbelievably perfect pancakes, and everything on the menu is delicious. There are new chairs and tables in the cafe, you can work there since there is fast internet everywhere in the hostel; but there is also a room dedicated for working. All the rooms are super-clean, with good quality equipment. And Air conditioners. The beds, sheets, towels and everything is perfectly clean (and new I guess). There is also a kitchen on the top floor where you can cook or use the fridge. The staff are really nice, kind and respectful. Very good, professional yet friendly staff. And they speak Russian and English. It’s a safe place where you can be comfortable.

I didn't like the stairs because our room was on the 3rd floor.

The property is a place where the value of money is favorable. The bed is comfortable and the pool was amazing.
