I have stayed in this hotel for more than 1 month but I felt like I am at home. I always felt that I am staying in a house because there is an owner here. The owner is also very nice and there is a lot of peace here. This is a clean and very beautiful hotel.i suggest everyone who visit armenia stay try red Castel will find peace here really very peacefully stay😊

Madam, the owner, is very accommodating and helpful. She personally assisted and drove us to almost beautiful places in Armenia. Her home made cakes that she shares with guests for breakfast are delicious and heathy.

The bathroom always stinks but it also clean i believe there is something wrong with the sewage system. Otherwise everything is perfect

Showers didn't drain very well and the bathrooms were almost always soaked but that's okay. Toilet paper was also sometimes missing.

The room far exceeded our expectations. More importantly, the host. This woman baked goods every day and when we arrived not realizing it was cash payment, the host was extremely relaxed about it. She tries really hard and it shows. The woman who cleaned the building also worked incredibly hard all the time. She was always very kind and courteous. She was originally from Egypt and imagine it can't be exactly easy for her to be in a foreign country only speaking Arabic. We appreciated all of the staff immensely. Thank you, Ralph and Hannah

Thanks to Arminka the landlady of Red Castle Guesthouse. She's an accommodating person and kind. She is always ready to help whenever we need something like transportation and etc. They have delicious cupcakes and brewed coffee for free. This guesthouse was highly recommend. You will love this place to stay due to clean and safety for a solo traveller like me.

My entire stay there in Red Castle was so amazing and Arminka was the most accommodating person. She is always available for me whenever I need assistance for my transfer and everything. She made delicious cupcakes every morning so everyone could eat. I highly recommend this Red Castle Guesthouse here in Yerevan, Armenia

I got lost near the red castle. I knew I was very close to my address, but I couldn’t remember the exact location and I had my phone battery died. Luckily, I had their number written on a piece of paper, so I asked a stranger (using body language) to call them and he did. They came after me and found me on the street. The point is you always need to make sure to have your battery charged, because although Armenians are very helpful, not many people in Yerevan speak English. You will absolutely need your phone to find locations, asking your questions (using translations apps ans websites) and so on.
