Everything about Republica was great!

We loved the boutique feel of Republica Yerevan! Tucked away on a bustling street off the famous Republic Square, the property provided very convenient access to plethora of restaurants / cafes and all the places of interest in and around Republic Square. A short walk will take you to Republic Square, Cascade Complex, Vernissage market, Northern Avenue, Abovyan Street (great restaurants here), Tumanyan Street (Famous Lavash resturant) etc. The rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. Our check-in process with smooth and quick (special mention to Mariam who made it a point to tell us (Indian tourists) how much she enjoyed "Indian masala"!<3) Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious as well. At the end of the long days of sight-seeing, we truly looked forward to returning to our cozy room at Republica. (PS: Thank you to the Republica team for the complimentary upgrade!)

Breakfast was exceptional, different regional dishes everyday, excellent service. The restaurant on site (Anoush) was phenomenal (and WAY less crowded than restaurants in the area)! The room was incredibly comfortable, the view wonderful, the bathroom clean and fully functional. The concierge was kind, informative and helpful. The location cannot be beat: two blocks from Republic Square!

The restaurant closed early (8.30pm), and there was no facility for room service (or so I was told).

The reception staff were really helpful - they helped me to find a PCR testing site.

I would have liked if the rooms were slightly bigger, felt a little cramped at times. Food in the restaurant was lovely but would have liked more of a selection on cuisine.

The room was a bit small and hard to reach the desk between the bed and the wall having such a tiny space.

Nice breakfast, very friendly staff, perfect location in central Yerevan, I was able to walk everywhere and did not have to take any cabs. It was very clean as well.

Great location in the heart of Yerevan, amazing breakfast, perfect service (prolongued our checkout for the time needed with no extra charge and kept bags). 10/10, will visit again for sure. Next time plan to try Anoush restaurant

Noisy air-conditioner , hair dryer that was heating up too quickly and switching off . The Internet in the rooms was slow.

Very kind, attentive, polite staff, always with a smile on their faces, always eager to please. I would like to mention Vahagn, the youngest waiter who served outdoors. He was very enthusiastic and proud of his work. He was tireless and very service oriented. He made our stay even more special . And also Lia, she always replied on time and tried to solve our problems. Very good home made and tasty breakfast, an abundance of a quality fresh products. Great value for money! The hotel has an excellent location with a nice outdoor space where you can spend great time having drinks, snacks and watching people pass by and feel the pulse of the city.
