We had arranged with hotel for 4 am check-in and 3 am pickup at the airport, and hotel did not do so. They claimed to have not understood that it was for "am" instead of "pm" but we had never discussed "am" or "pm," just 0300 pickup and 0400 check-in (with several mentions of early morning. Food was fresh and tasty, and had lots of options. Amenities at hotel (kids' game room, pool) are very nice.

The gym needs to be improved significantly. The only training machine is not working, no dumbbells and other items are not in a good condition. For such a hotel it's not acceptable, a lot of people are training each day and need the hotel to have it even during holidays. I was choosing the hotel because of the gym photos and was not able to train.

We liked the cozy room, the food was also very good and we even got help with storing food in a fridge for our kid. The swimming pool is in a very good condition, the water is warm and clean. Very family-friendly hotel, especially for small guests.

It was an extremely disappointing experience that fell far short of its purported 5-star rating. Firstly, our room was in a deplorable state with dirty sheets that had unsettling red spots. This alone was a major red flag about the hygiene standards of the hotel. Additionally, the staff's attitude was notably unfriendly and unhelpful, which significantly dampened our stay. The food was another letdown. Not only was the variety very limited, but the portion sizes were also unsatisfactorily small. This certainly did not meet the expectations of a high-quality hotel dining experience. The swimming pool had an excessive amount of chlorine, likely because the water isn't changed very frequently. The chlorine smell was so strong on my body that it was noticeable even from a distance, despite taking a shower. Moreover, another room allocated to us had an unbearable smell, making it difficult to stay in. The gym was equipped with outdated, Soviet-era machinery that was not only rusted but also seemed unsafe to use. This raised serious concerns about the hotel's attention to the safety and well-being of its guests.

I appreciated the children's play area and the location, but those were the only aspects that stood out to me.

I didn’t like food and restaurant service at all, it told full board included, but very poor dinner, lunch and breakfast. It should be minimum basic pouradges for kids, basic omlet without anything, basic seasonal tomato and cucumber even there havent been, coffee only in breakfast (just why) ?

1, I booked two rooms on the booking.com app, the receptionist couldn’t find my confirmation, had to have a email confirmation, then she only gave me one room, after I insisted she checked again and gave me the other room. 2, no house keeping. 3, food like baby food not much flavor. 4, shower is too small. 5, the room is not soundproofed, the weekends evening the hotel have musicians playing till 10:30, if you sleep early, better bring the ear plugs.
