The noise from the road as the hotel locates right on highway. Breakfasts could be a bit richer.

From my point of view it's true 4 star hotel. All I need and even more was in the room.

Nothing. Only thing I found a slight inconvenience was the location but you are only a 5 minute walk to the metro and 2 stops to the city centre.

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were fantastic, particularly Ani and Vahagn on the front desk. They went the extra mile to help and assist. Thank you and well done to both of them.

I don’t know Yerevan that well but this hotel in not part of the crowded hub of the city, which for us was actually really nice to be away from the crowds.

Attention to detail to every corner of the building allowing for a very beautiful hotel. Staff are super friendly and professional. They speak good English, which is very helpful.

Location - very noisy. It is difficult to sleep due to the traffic noise. You are virtually sleeping next to the road and the sound proofing of the windows is very bad. Aircon not working. I was told that the winter is ongoing and the AC will not work. However the hotel staff suggested to put a fan which never came. Staff was non-accommodating. I booked 2 rooms and despite checking multiple times they did not give me the rooms together.

The first receptionist

We have a really bad smell in our room, and receptionist refused to change our room without additional fee. But the other receptionist - Ani was great and she managed our problem quickly. I am personally grateful to her for that.

The location was great near to the metro station. The receptionist was very helpful and the room is very good.😊

Except for the time that there is power interruption and we need to wait to the lobby for 1 hour until it works again as we cannot use the elevator. But things like this happen unexpectedly but hopefully next time they can solve it faster.

I like the modern style of this hotel. Specially the cleanliness and staff. Overall it's 10 /10. If ever I will visit Armenia again I will definitely book in this hotel again and again.
