Breakfast didn't have good variety, and is very basic. It was mostly pork for meat, so it is difficult for non-pork eaters. There should be chicken and beef options too.

Room and facilities were clean. There are supermarkets and good restaurants within walking distance.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the air conditioning being a bit ineffective, took a long time to cool the room.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet, so we slept very well. Metro stop 3 min walk and only two stops to the city centre. The staff were helpful and spoke English and we managed to check out in the middle of the night.

The staff were so helpful, always went the extra mile. I asked if they could do something special for my girlfriend and I's special occasion and they made so much effort. The breakfast is also exceptional, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Good location to the metro into the centre and quiet on a night time . The cleaning staff also did a great job every day. Definitely recommend this place. The gym was also great.

Such a very nice hotel to stay in. Room was very good and clean, location a bit far from the city centre but it’s okay just 6 minutes by taxi. Staff are friendly specially the front office supervisor, Ms. Ani. For sure i would stay there again.

The noise from the road as the hotel locates right on highway. Breakfasts could be a bit richer.

From my point of view it's true 4 star hotel. All I need and even more was in the room.

Nothing. Only thing I found a slight inconvenience was the location but you are only a 5 minute walk to the metro and 2 stops to the city centre.

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were fantastic, particularly Ani and Vahagn on the front desk. They went the extra mile to help and assist. Thank you and well done to both of them.

I don’t know Yerevan that well but this hotel in not part of the crowded hub of the city, which for us was actually really nice to be away from the crowds.

Attention to detail to every corner of the building allowing for a very beautiful hotel. Staff are super friendly and professional. They speak good English, which is very helpful.

Location - very noisy. It is difficult to sleep due to the traffic noise. You are virtually sleeping next to the road and the sound proofing of the windows is very bad. Aircon not working. I was told that the winter is ongoing and the AC will not work. However the hotel staff suggested to put a fan which never came. Staff was non-accommodating. I booked 2 rooms and despite checking multiple times they did not give me the rooms together.
