We booked half board but the food was not as per our expectations. Please improve the food options, and extend your kitchen timings as 6pm dinner is too early for a few of us.

No smoking, no campfire is a big disadvantage in a resort like this. They have bbq in one common place but they don't provide any coal or wood, no one there to help too. Also no shops nearby to purchase from.

Relaxed vacation. Would be better during winters. Only if they could keep someone who understands English or speaks a bit.

No toiletries, we were advised that slippers, toothbrush and tooth paste will be provided but long forgotten. Heater is not good. Water heater is not working. No drinking water nor coffee or tea in the room. Breakfast is a bit late (930am) as we are morning people.

The place itself is splendid. Service team is trying their best to cater to our request inspite of the language barriers Its 7-10 minutes walk to ropeway and place is giving so much of Christmas vibes. Food is not a buffet but superb!!! Their turkish coffee is soo good as well as the green tea. Spacious room and receiving area.

They could improve better if bathroom would have bidet and at least a single shelf to put your other personal items and toiletries.

Everything from the food which were freshly plenty and fresly prepared, to the ever helpful and accommodating staff-there’s no language barrier that google translate can’t fix😉, from the admin, to the kitchen and housekeeping staff. Room was super clean. Sheets and towels were super white and they smelled clean and fresh. Bathroom was nice and super clean which was really what I loved. Location is walking distance to the slope and other places that you might want to visit. There’s one grocery store across and other shops like pharmacy are several walking distance away. Lastly, the place itself was instagram worthy especially that we were so lucky to experience the snowfall during our stay.

The location is good for walking. One floor cottage is comfortable with children and not only. The Restaturant and prices are very good.

Breakfast is served at 11am (too late)sharp and dinner at 6pm sharp (too early). We paid for half board and the property not willing to alter the meal timings.

The cabins are located very well, close to Kecharis monastery and the RopeWay Ski area. The size of the one bedroom cabin is ideal for family of 4.

The staff could be more prepared to receive english speaker guests, but that’s just a detail. The timings for breakfast and dinner could have been a little bit more flexible.

Very comfortable cottage and great location. Having the complimentary breakfast and dinner was amazing. Although majority of the staff does not speak english, we were always greeted with a warm smile :)

The wall of the room was made of either cardboard or wood so we were feeling very cold compared to restaurant or Reception.

Resort was very beautiful and looking exactly like the picture. We visited for Christmas 🎄 it was exactly same with snow at -15degree . Room was very comfortable and staff was good ,only one or two people can speak English . Restaurant was good but very less menu served in complimentary breakfast & dinner.

The place is in very good location and the atmosphere is nice! The breakfast and dinner were really tasty and good! I would like the host just to add some beverage for dinner (tea or water) as it was not served. Other than that all was good and we enjoyed the stay!

There is no bottled water provided, you have to take drinking water via faucet and to a room without kitchen you are expected to take it from bathroom faucet. Cleaning...... They don't clean room everyday. You have to request for it and the housekeeping staff on our first few days is grumpy. Same choices of food everyday for breakfast and dinner. Nobody will help with you with your luggage during check in and check out. Don't choose the lowest priced room one without kitchen.. It's difficult to thrive.
