Everything ! The kindness of the owner and the staff. Everything is very very very clean ! You could eat on the floor. The owner help me with many things. What an amazing guy. Good location and good price. Those people proove one more time how Armenian people are friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back there if I come back to Erevan. Unfortunately all the other residents were busy working on their computers and I didn't get a chance to talk with them. I understand that they are now forced to live in a hostel. Good luck to them!

This is a small hostel on the first floor of a residential building. It is located near the train station and the metro, which is very convenient. It has three toilets and a good kitchen, so there were no problems with everyday life. Despite December, the room was warm and also the staff was friendly :)

Far from the city center, you need to walk 10 minutes to reach Sasuntsi David metro station and then pay 100 AMD.

I've been three times in this hostel and I can confirm that this is the best for quality and price in yerevan, very clean and staff very kind and available.

Very clean hostel with comfortable beds and even great towels. The kitchen is big and well equipped. Amin, the hostel manager during my stay, is a great guy and a friend to me now.

This is the best hostel that I found in Yerevan, I returned here for my second travel in Yerevan. Modern kitchen with everything to cook, 3 bathrooms that are always clean and very kind staff!

A little far from center, but it is good for us since we have a car. Besides it is near Metro. It does not have a hostel live atmosphere. Private room doesnt have air condition there is just a fan, but that is not a problem in September.

Very nice & helpful staff, comfy bed with curtains & locks, well-stocked kitchen, cosy lounge; also two bathrooms and one toilet. The atmosphere is homely & quiet and the whole property is kept spotless all the time. I could also use the washing machine for free. This hostel has definitely exceeded my expectations..

One of the showers was not working, it is honestly not the easiest to find when you first arrive, but this is really nitpicking.

We arrived relatively late and still somebody waited for us. The overall communication was easy and pleasant and when we left they allowed us to stay a little bit longer so we didnt have to wait at the train station for hours

Booked another stay at this hostel and it was enjoyable like last time! Staff (the owner and volunteer Amir) are friendly and available when needed. We stayed in the double room this time (last time in the shared dorm and double room). Were able to use washing machine (for free-really appreciate that) (forgot one of my things that were drying and texted them about it via Booking and they responded immediately that I could pick it up & told me the code for the door). Feels like a welcoming and friendly environment in the hostel. Honestly would return again and recommend others to go there as well!

There is nothing I didn't like.

I have never stayed in hostel before. This is a new experience. I love it. Toilets were very clean. Room was clean and comfortable for the price. They have a kitchen and I made my own breakfast and dinner. They have a washing machine and you don't have to pay extra (I didn't used it anyway). They have all necessary things for an affordable price. I stayed in a Girls dorm and it was comfortable. Bonus is I made some friends and never felt lonely during the stay.

The nearby area outside looks a bit suspicious (like the outskirts of a city).

Our stay in general was enjoyable and we had no issues at all. The owner and volunteer were friendly and helpful. We were able to use the washing machine for free and stay after check out in the common areas (kitchen, lobby)... We would've stayed longer if they still had a place available. Metro Sasuntsi David is nearby and not a long walk. We stayed a day in the mixed dorm of the hostel as well and that was more enjoyable than expected: it felt comfortable.
