It was not possible to park next to the hotel, because there were road works. So this was not the fault of the hotel. The adress of the hotel was around the corner, so it was a bit difficult to find it.

Owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. The room was nice and clean.

Near the center of the city everything is near you, cafes restaurants supermarket etc, very clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again.

We could not find check-in. The address was for a hotel and when we asked for the apart hotel, the lady at the desk seemed to not know what we were talking about. We wandered around for quite awhile, looking for it, no success. Eventually someone we asked seemed to know that you had to check in at the hotel for these larger apartment type rooms. We went back and a different person ,(a young man) was at the desk. Yes, we were to check in there. He kept our bags until room was ready (it was morning) and called us when room was ready. We came back and he then took us around the corner, through construction, and to the apartment building door. We had to walk up 4 flights ,(,we knew this) to the room. Room was great! The check in process should be better.

The property is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. The staff helped to carry the suitcase upstairs

Because our rooms were separate from the hotel lobby, some back up toilet paper in the rooms would be good. And we appreciated the hot water heater and thought that it would be pretty easy to leave some instant coffee or something like that to go with it.

The staff at Teryan Pushkin are really exceptional, incredibly friendly and helpful. We were in the annex (I guess you'd call it) slightly separate from the main part of the hotel. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, and that was definitely nice, as we were there when it was quite hot. The bathrooms were also exceptional, especially the spacious, clean shower, with excellent water pressure. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The hotel has been renamed so took a little while to find it. Also advertised as having breakfast (but doesn’t).

Brilliant location near the city centre. very comfortable bed & spacious (but simple) room. The staff were very friendly & helpful - ie booking tours etc. All spoke English well. Would recommend for a weekend trip.

I think it should be stated that the rooms (or in any case our room and a few others) are located in another building on the fourth floor without an elevator. Even though the owner helped us carry up the luggage, it was a bit of an inconvenience. We booked our stay without the option for cancellation and only found out about this after finalizing the booking. In the middle of the summer, this would have been a major disadvantage having to walk up and down four flights of stairs.

The property is clearly one of the best locations in Yerevan. The rooms were quiet and modern. The owner was very eager to help and assist.

This is not a classical hotel - the building is rebuild from something else. They have construction strong and event reception is in the different place. Also they don’t offer pleasant little things like coffee or other refreshments.

The building has no elevator.

All the staff was so helpful, Hampartsum was allways there helping us! The location is great, the best you can find in Yerevan! Also you have cafés near, and all the People in Armenia are very kind.

- the reception is in another building - 4th floor without elevator - it is not an apartotel as there is no kitchen or table to work on - check out process: had to walk 5 min with my luggages to give back the keys to the reception which is another building

the room is a big enough for a desk but they only had a small table which was too low to work comfortably with laptop. there were lost of cafes nearby so not a huge problem
